Very good budget earbuds with some small downsides
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, the audio quality is very nice for the price with music sounding clear with room to adjust the bass. They stay well in the ear although they may sometimes get uncomfortable after a while. Battery life is also good, I have found myself not needing to charge the case often with daily use. Touch controls work well, although no volume adjustment which is not much of a problem if your phone is near. Some problems though ive noticed is that the plastic on the case wears out after a while in an odd way where some areas become smooth and reflective. There is also noticable delay and the auto connecting can be janky sometimes. Microphone leaves alot to be desired but even with these downsides these earbuds are very good for their price, I would give it 4.5 stars if i could.

Pixel Buds A-Series - Meets My Needs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using an old-style Jabra earpiece for years, which finally began to die on me. It seems hard to find a quality device in that form factor anymore, so I decided I'd give the buds a try, and given that I will be primarily using them with a Google Pixel 7a, I chose to go with Pixel Buds. Connection to my phone was effortless, and they immediately began working correctly. I have had no connection issues at all, and have also successfully paired them with my work PC. Switching between the two devices works just fine. The fit in my ears is better than I expected. I had to use different sized rubber tips for each ear, but since two of each of three sizes are provided, it was easy to compare and figure out what works best for me. I haven't had any issues with the buds coming loose or falling out yet, which was my biggest concern in switching to this form factor. Sound quality seems very good; I have no trouble hearing clearly whether on calls or watching videos / listening to music. I have asked people on calls if they can clearly hear me, and they have indicated that my voice comes through very clearly. Battery life is good so far; I haven't used them heavily enough yet that they've gone dead on me, and they go right back in their case when not being used. I've only recharged the case a few times, but charging speed seems reasonable. The lack of on-device volume controls (other than using the voice Google Assistant) doesn't really bother me, but it may be a larger issue for some users. I am quite satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely recommend the Google Pixel Buds A-Series, as long as you're only looking for basic earbud functionality.

Great for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These fit great, have great battery life, feel super light in your ears, sound great. Connectivity is no longer an issue with this version either, when compared to the 2nd gen Pixel buds. The reason for 4-stars is that these do not have the same extensive touch functionality as the previous 2nd gen buds, which is a real shame.

Impressive Sound Quality and Comfortable Fit
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As an avid music lover, I've tried numerous wireless earbuds, but none have impressed me quite like the Google Pixel Buds. The sound quality is exceptional, delivering crisp highs, deep bass, and balanced mids. What sets these apart is the comfortable fit—they stay snugly in my ears, even during workouts. The touch controls are intuitive, allowing seamless navigation of tracks and calls. The battery life is decent, providing ample listening time on a single charge. Additionally, the Google Assistant integration is seamless, making it easy to manage tasks hands-free. Overall, the Google Pixel Buds offer an unparalleled listening experience coupled with unmatched comfort, making them a must-have for any music enthusiast. Highly recommended!

A must if you see them on sale.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great middle tier pair of wireless buds. I'm so happy how easy it is to connect to my pixel phone, Nintendo switch, and windows PC. I also feel confident in working out rigorously with them in and they'll stay put. They could make your ear feel a little sore after a long time wearing them- but that goes away within minutes of taking them off, and your could sleep with them on fairly comfortable even if you're on your side. I'm not much of an audiophile but they sound great to me- I'm not sure how well they block out noise as most of the time I only use one bud at a time- but personally I'd still like to keep some awareness of my surroundings if both were in. The case seems pretty durable- I've dropped it a few times to no issue. The battery life guidelines are spot on- might leave a bit to be desired- but if you're not a heavy daily user you should be fine.

The battery life is impressive, lasting all day with the charging case. The Bluetooth connectivity is rock-solid, ensuring a seamless experience. The fit is secure, even during workouts. Google Assistant integration is seamless and adds to the convenience. Best basic buds!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These buds are very comfortable and have great sound. I first got a pair when I purchases the pixel 6 pro from google. I had also purchased the regular pixel buds. These outlasted the regular buds. I liked the buds a series so much, I purchased another pair. If you are looking for a good pair of earbuds and dont want to break the bank, these are perfect.

Cheap and it shows
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are perfect for anyone seeking the Google Assistant, good audio quality and decent battery life in a well-fitting earbud. The only caveats are that the volume can't be raised any higher on the Buds and are totally controlled by the service being used. This results in an almost muted audio experience. Otherwise, these are perfectly serviceable for daily use, workouts and making crystal clear phone calls. The fact that the voice quality is better on calls than on music is telling of the price being paid. Audiophiles might sell out other buds for higher fidelity, ANC and transparency modes. In short, they're good for beginners but lack many features found on buds around the same price. Kids, gymthusiasts and those without HiFi media are the best crowds for these buds.

Very comfortable and light-weight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is probably the best wireless earbuds you can find at this price point. I use this with my iPhone and Mac and have no connectivity issue. Before this, I also had Samsung Galaxy Buds+. Comparing the two, I would say the Google Pixel Buds are much lighter, fits my ears better (since the Samsung Galaxy Buds are larger and tends to protrude out of my ears). I typically use them for meetings and run outdoors. With the currently battery capacity, I typically can get through a day and a half with no battery issue. Highly recommend!

THESE BUDS ARE A HIT
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TOP concern when purchasing buds, is the SOUND. Yes, the add ons are important, ie: noise cancelling, swipe gestures etc, but SOUND is what matters most...at least to me. The PIXEL A's have excellent sound. Yes, you have to tweak it a bit..turn on the bass boost, but they are clear with excellent overall sound. Comfort?...I have worn these for 3 straight hours(roadtrip), with no fatigue or discomfort. I use them in gym, they never fall out, or need maintenance. Overall, they are impressive AND they have the ASSISTANT always at hand...consider it a bonus. I highly recommend them for casual listening.

Beyond Expectations!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had some expiring reward points I needed to use. Shopped around looking for items to use the points. Came across these earbuds on sale. I already own a Pixel phone and enjoy it, so I thought this would be a good compliment item to go along with it. Great choice! Pairing could not have been any easier with my phone. Then there is the sound quality, and they sound great. Easy to use, and the Google Assistant works easily. Like how they magnetically snap into place in the case and charge. The charge lasts for a long time and recharge is easy. I also like being able to wear one, while the other is in the case charging, in situations where I need to be able to also hear what is going on around me. Top notch ear buds and a value price. Smart choice for Android phone users, especially Pixel users.

Great earbuds for me!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE THESE EARBUDS! I have the Pixel Pro Buds which are too big for my ears and hurt if worn too long. These Pixel Bud A series sound just as good as the Pros, smaller in size and fit my ears snug and perfect, and are half the price. Can be worn a long time and sound great. I have a Pixel 8 Pro phone which lets me customize the sound. No regrets in purchasing these.

Pixel Buds are Worth the Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They connect with my Pixel 9 and my HP laptop very well, so they can be used with products that aren't Google as well! They're small and they come with 3 different size pieces to help you find the best fit! My only complaint is that no matter which size I use I always feel like they're falling out a little bit and they hurt my ears after awhile.

Great in many ways but there is a flaw...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really want to give these a 5 because they are a good bang for the buck in terms of headphones with a charging case under the $100 price point but I can't. Here's why - I've had these for a few weeks now and here's what I found. Case/Charging - I'll actually be exchanging these this weekend for a different pair in the hopes that it's just a defective case or ear bud but a few times now I've put in my right earbud after it sat in the case all day only to find it was dead/drained while the left bud was at 100%. This happened once with the left bud too where it died quickly. Hoping swapping these out for a new set will resolve the issue. UPDATE- I now have the replacement pair (in white) and have used them a few weeks now. Unfortunately I have to report that the charging issue continues. It's a design flaw with the case I think. Too much wiggle room in the case so that the bud doesn't always make great contact the the charging contacts in the case. Even though the magnets should snap it into alignment it doesn't always happen. You have to pay close attention to the indicator light to make sure it shows charging (single flash on the first bud and double flash on the second bud). Pairing - Set up and pairing with the Pixel phones is SUPER easy. I love that part. I bought these because I also have a Pixel Slate Tablet and thought staying in the Google Pixel ecosystem would be beneficial. However that isn't automatically the case. At this lower price point the buds don't have the ability to maintain pairing to multiple devices so the buds lose connection to my Pixel Slate tablet when it goes to sleep. So every time I open my tablet cover I have to connect the ear buds to the tablet. It remembers them so I don't need to press the button to "pair" them but I do need to go into Bluetooth settings and connect them. Sometimes they pair the first time, sometimes they don't and I have to repeat. This may be more of a tablet issue because my last set of wireless headphones also went through this, it's just annoying since it is all within the Pixel line of devices. OK - That sounds like a lot of negatives for these to still get a 4 star review but I recognize not everyone will be bouncing back and forth between phone and tablet frequently and that even the charging is a semi minor annoyance thanks to fast charging once you find out about the charge and get them to make contact. 15 minutes or so charges them from 0 to 75%. And then there is a TON of good stuff like - The super easy set up, not constantly having to have them hooked up to a charging cable, good sound quality (for non-noise canceling), Google Assistant and Translate features baked in, and the ability to tap, swipe, etc. to pause, change volume. You can even just say Hey Google, increase volume. I'll do my best to update this in a few weeks after getting my replacements in the event things are much better (or worse). -- UPDATE Above. Side note - Holding off saying I would recommend these to a friend for the charging issue and because most of my friends are insane and prefer all things iPhone/Apple.

Best Headphones for Android users
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I waited till after I used these in the gym to write my review and I could not be happier with my purchase! After months of researching the best headphones on the market for both working out and everyday use I finally decided on these after passing on the powerbeats pros being I don't have an iPhone and they are quite a bit cheaper. They are absolutely amazing. The sound quality is great, I did not at all once worry about them falling out while I was running but most of all, easily the most comfortable headphones I have worn. I often forget they're even in my ears. If you're an android user like myself, just buy them and thank me later. Or thank me now, that works too.

Here's why - I've had these for a few weeks now and here's what I found. Fit - The tips give you options but depending on your ear they may or may not work themselves out after awhile.
