It's thin and light. The whole docking station & tablet is a great idea but something doesn't seem like it's quite finished with the dock mode software in my opinion. Maybe with future software updates they will complete the whole dock software mode. When docked audio is okay, not great. As for the price, definitely not worth $499.99, way over priced!

Good docking accessory for tablet

Docking sounds decent not a speaker replacement but loud enough with fairly bass sound. A minus for tablet with Google smart is delayed when respond and sometimes screen stuck. I'd buy it again if it around $300 but $500 was a bit too much for ordinary tablet except for having a docking station.

Prefer to have a clean install of android operating system and this tablet works well with two exceptions. First there's no stylus which I had gotten used to with the Samsung tablet. Second, I've noticed that sound synchronization with ear buds to Youtube videos is poor. The lag can be up to a second or more. There may be an adjustment for that, but haven't found anything yet. On sale, it's a good value. Full price, not as much.

Worth the purchase

UI and performance is smooth and no hiccups. The tablet speakers are about average, the dock speaker could use some high end. Music stays in the midrange when docked - they could fix this by also using the tablet speakers when docked to fill out the sound profile. Also you cannot use the camera as a Nest Cam when docked which is a feature I like from my Home Hub Max.
