I call it a heart monitor that also shows the time occasionally. I like the round screen and all day battery. It is also comfortable to wear.

I've tried Fossil and a few others, but none can touch this watch. It's great looking, easy to use and setup, and has a decent battery life.

My wife was able to plug it in and start to use it . You also need to buy a plug for the charger it doesn't come with the plug just the charger.

I wanted one to be able to tell how active or inactive I really am. Wanted to get one to motivate me to be more active. It is a nice size for a ladies wrist. I am not sure of all what it can do, which I am hoping to learn.
