She wore it for 1 day and a rash developed on her wrist. After researching this she found that there are people this has happened to. Contacted google to see if anything can be done to replace the band. 2 days of talking to googles customer non-support, several emails where they are asking for pics of things totally unrelated to the band or its issue- what difference does it make to send pics of the charging cord, etc. they are refusing to offer anything, but all we wanted was to know what the options are for a different band. Google is well aware of this issue but still offer nothing. She is going to sell her watch, phone and computer that are all google products and move to an iPhone, watch and computer. We will also be getting rid of Google fiber

Pros: 1. can adjust face to have large size hour and minute 2. detects walking automatically Cons: 1. Missed sleep multiple times a week. The detected sleep is wrong by multiple hours 2. misses all naps 3. misses ashtanga yoga 4. ends my peloton ride multiple minutes after i have stopped peddling 5. stress detection is not actionable because notifications come many minutes after the event. 6. not sure electrodermal sensor actually works

1. Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal.
2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit.
3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.
