If you want the best experience of a Vanilla/Pure Android Watch, this is it. And also Fitbit integration included. With Fitbit, the Pixel Watch tracks your continuous heart rate, steps, floors climbed, sleep stages, distance with GPS, and active exercise minutes, as well as having 40 different exercise modes. With so many workout options to pick from, there’s a high chance that your usual exercise routine can be tracked with Pixel Watch. You also get an ECG app, which can help detect signs of atrial fibrillation (A-fib). Hopefully the SpO2 sensor gets turned on via update. Battery life could be better but it is holding up for 24hrs. All sensors on and always on display the battery is at 20% at 24hrs for me. I've owned other Android Wear watches but this one feels the best when navigating around the menus. Great smartwatch. If you want to just charge it once a day: You have to make some modifications to save battery. For it to last longer. Take into consideration I use my pixel waatch mainly to receive notifications from apps such as whatsapp, messenger, text messages, and other in cellphone apps notifications (uber etc..) and I track my workouts for 30 minutes and i track my sleep. Usually it charges fully if you let it charge for 30-45 minutes. It could last longer, but you would have to choose a very minimalistic face (each face affects the battery life differently). The original bands are very comfortable to wear all day. i do not take it into the shower with me since I usually get extra juice for my battery when I am showering. It works perfectly with fitbit and pixel pro 7. I attached a picture of the face i use.

I enjoy using my Google Pixel Watch. It's a good pairing with the Pixel series of phone's. It does everything advertised which isn't much and that's ok. Battery life isn't the best but it gets me through a day and a half. It takes a while to sync your data with the Fitbit app. Step tracking could be better but it isn't horrible. I expect a few feature drops from Google to improve the Watch where it is lacking. Hopefully the 2nd generation offers a larger screen size. It's an overall good 1st attempt from Google.

Hey there, JenniferL Thank you for posting your review on Google Pixel Watch. We're sorry to hear that your experience with the battery life of the watch has been less than ideal. A fully charged battery should last up to 24 hours with the Always-on Display feature turned off. We suggest turning on some of the settings to save power and extend the battery life of the device such as Battery saver, Full Doze mode and Bedtime mode. It dies SO fast even when I have the settings set to battery saving options like only wake when I touch it and when I have the battery saving mode on. I get maybe a days worth of charge when I fully charge it. It does have a nice display and a sleeker look. It's easy to use which is nice.

Its a first attempt by google. Its great overall can see some spots where it could be improved and cleaned up on the gestures or overall functions. Battery life is Right around 24 hours can make it through night but will die around early night next day. So I've been charging right after getting up or before bed it charged to 100 within an hour.

Hi there Xeon, thanks for sharing a review on the new Google Pixel Watch. We value your feedback and we'll make sure to pass this information to our product team. We're also happy to hear that the battery life is meeting your expectations, however, the battery life for Pixel Watch will always depend on how you use your device, and maximum battery life is always approximate and is based on testing using pre-production hardware and software. Use of certain features will definitely decrease the battery life. A full battery for Google Pixel Watch goes all day with a charge that lasts up to 24 hours to support sleep tracking and other features. Google Pixel Watch comes equipped with settings to care for and help extend battery life. The 24 hour battery life is based on the following usage:
      - 240 notifications.
      - 280 time checks.
      - A 5 min LTE phone call.
      - 45 min LTE and GPS workout with downloaded YouTube music playback.
      - 50 minutes of navigation (Google Maps) while connected to a phone via Bluetooth®️
      - The watch is configured with the default settings, including the Always-on display set to off.

If you're willing to try, you may check the features that you use most and compare them with the numbers above and see how well your Pixel Watch battery lasts. If you still have any concerns with battery life, or would like us to assist you with any support needs you may have with Pixel Watch, please feel free to contact us here:  https://support.google.com/googlepixelwatch/gethelp madebygoogle

Great smart watch for those who do not have a Samsung or iPhone. I bought this after my Fitbit sense stopped working and it integrates many of the features that I liked from the Fitbit but also has much better compatibility for normal phone activities, texting, calling, maps, etc. Main drawback is the battery life. I have to charge it daily for over an hour.

Bought to replace a Fitbit Charge 3 that broke. I've had the last few generations of Google Pixel phones, so I thought I'd give the watch a try. I've had it for 3 weeks and have had zero issues. Easy start up and easy to learn. Battery could be better. I'm charging the watch every 1.5-2 days

The fact this watch only lasted 19 months and I spent $350+ on it is unexceptable. Even worse, this doesn't seem like an isolated experience. When reading the google reviews, the "Black Screen" issue seems to be a trend. It's extremely disappointing that Google doesn't seem to offer any remedy or buy back on what is clearly a defective device. This experience will certainly make me think twice before I ever purchase or recommend another Google product. I've had a total of 4 different Google Pixel phones, earbuds and this watch... this is sad and extremely disappointing.

Decent wat, but Google won't back its own warranty

This was a decent watch at first. Beautiful to look at, impresssive display, comfortable, and integrated with Fitbit which I've been a member of for many years. I thought it was a sensible transition from my Versa 4 to the Pixel Watch. Well, I was very wrong. The battery life is terrible; lasts just over 24 hrs, with everything turned off (always on display, wrist turn, etc). Fitbit Versa lasted 4 days. Then, about 8 months after i purchased it, the back of the Pixel watch spontaneously cracked. I sent an email and picture to Pixel Watch support and that was utterly useless. They will not back their warranty, even though a quick internet search shows many other people have had this issue. When asked directly several times why they wouldn't repair or replace my watch, they gave me a vague answer. And they even tried to pin the blame on Best Buy, who only sold me the watch and nothing else. So i guess i will just wait until this wearable completely stops working and then I will either go with Samsung or Garmin. I don't want to go back to Fitbit since Google purchased them and will most likely ruin them too.

I have had the pixel watch since launch and am in love with the form factor. Its the best looking smartwatch released till date. Comes with all of the standard features you would expect from a smartwatch with accurate step tracking, something samsung's watches dont do very well. Battery life could be better but this is a solid first gen attempt by Google.

The Google Pixel Watch is a beautiful and well-made smartwatch with some great features. However, there are a few areas where it could be improved, which is why I'm giving it a 4-star rating. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Pros: Stunning design: The Pixel Watch has a sleek and elegant design with a high-quality stainless steel case and a beautiful domed display. It looks fantastic on my wrist and feels comfortable to wear. Seamless integration with Google services: If you're heavily invested in the Google ecosystem, the Pixel Watch integrates seamlessly with your other Google devices and services. Google Assistant is particularly helpful for voice commands and quick actions. Effective fitness tracking: The built-in fitness tracker accurately tracks heart rate, steps, and various workout activities. It also provides helpful insights and motivates you to stay active. Fast charging: The watch charges quickly and conveniently, typically reaching full charge in under an hour. Cons: Limited app selection: Compared to other smartwatches, the Pixel Watch currently has a smaller selection of available apps. This can be limiting for users who rely on specific apps for their daily routines. Average battery life: While the battery life isn't terrible, it doesn't quite match some of the leading smartwatches on the market. I typically get around a day of use on a single charge, but it can vary depending on usage. Price: The Pixel Watch is priced competitively with other premium smartwatches, but considering the limited app selection and average battery life, some users might find it slightly overpriced. Overall: The Google Pixel Watch is a stylish and capable smartwatch with a lot to offer, especially for users who are deeply integrated into the Google ecosystem. However, the limited app selection and average battery life hold it back from achieving a perfect score. If you're looking for a feature-packed smartwatch with the widest app selection, there might be better options available. But if you prioritize design, Google integration, and solid fitness tracking, the Pixel Watch is definitely worth considering.
