I got this google play card and usually I have absolutely no problems whatsoever. None of this is Bestbuy's fault. When I scratched the silver label off the code was smudged underneath the clear plastic. So I called the customer care # for google play and after a few questions to verify the card & my account all was fixed & the card's money was added to my account. So if anyone else ever has this problem that's the fix.

Last week, I had gotten a $50 GP gift card so I would have 3 months of YouTube Premium as a bonus since I never had it before. Back in the day, we used to be able to scratch the grey part off and type the code no problem. HOWEVER, when I had to *peel* the part, the 20 digit code became illegible. Is the "0" an "O"? The "C" another "0"? Is the "2" a backwards "S"? I contacted Google Support via email, but it's been over 6 days and I haven't gotten a single response. Am I just out 50 dollars!?

I bought this as a gift for my son because I got him a samsung phone for graduation. Whenever we try to add the card code to his cell phone’s playstore app to put the 100$ credit, it keeps giving an error code. I filled out a form on google and attached pics of the gift card and the phone screen message, they promise that a google store rep will contact you in 2 business days. Well no one has done so and it has been half a month. I will never again purchase gift cards from bestbuy. My son is very sad and disappointed. There are apps he needs for school and I can’t have him use the gift card to pay for them. I’ve attached photos below.

These are really handy for an android user like me. Youtube, games, etc. Can use it for lots of things. One time though I bought one and it didn't work. I sat in the parking lot for a while and eventually had to go back in the store. A worker just gave me a GeekSquad number and it routed me to a somewhat useless and kinda sketchy foreign call center. I went back in again when a Manager stepped in and he honestly made the experience all worth it. He understood the frustrations I was having and told me to just go get another gift card (which worked). That is what a manager should be doing. Thank you Best Buy. I just worry for someone giving these as a gift and something going wrong.
