I got this google play card and usually I have absolutely no problems whatsoever. None of this is Bestbuy's fault. When I scratched the silver label off the code was smudged underneath the clear plastic. So I called the customer care # for google play and after a few questions to verify the card & my account all was fixed & the card's money was added to my account. So if anyone else ever has this problem that's the fix.
