I bought the Google WiFi pack to replace a router that had gone bad. I was surprised at how easy it was to set up and get running. The coverage is great! In fact, I finally have great signal outside of my house. You will need a switch if you want to hardline more than one thing to it, though.

I was so frustrated that my Linksys Router and extender could not provide sufficient signal for my 4000 SF house I didn't know what to do. My phone and laptop never seemed to be on the right network to work with my Chromecast and Nvidia Shield. I found out about mesh technology and did some research. I found the Google WiFi product to be the best priced for my budget and figured Google usually makes some great products so it wouldn't be a huge risk. It was so easy to install i really only had to plug it in and the app took care of the rest. I am always on the same Google WiFi network and so my phone, laptops, and other devices all talk to each other and play well together. The app is awesome too and let's me block devices. The other night I asked my wife what was for dinner and she said she hadn't even thought about it she was too busy working. I blocked her laptop and BAM! Dinner is served! No but seriously this really has been one if my favorite tech purchases I have made in a while!

Purchased 3 due to my homes' layout (2800 Sq ft)...downloaded the app to facilitate set up with no problems...took less than 20 minutes. ..didn't initially disable wifi on the at&t modem and found that to be crucial as signal would fail periodically. ..have had to reset mesh units one time, but otherwise performance has been flawless...4 stars due to my perception of price, but good, strong signal strength throughout home was achieved. ..tried using just 2 units but 3 was best

The google WiFi mesh was very easy to set up. I have avoided the whole Wifi scene but recently installed a solar power system and had to have Wifi or my warranty on would not be in effect. Was super easy to install. I immediately installed the Nest thermostat that came with my house and was not used to it’s fullest capabilities, as well as my I phone. The google WiFi has given me great coverage of my 2700 sq foot home, 3 car garage and from what I can tell 9000 sq ft lot. I plan on installing it in the long term in 2 other places I own when they are WiFi ready. This has opened an entirely new world for this doubting, non techno geek old 67 year old.. I am going to install a new WiFi weather station, security cameras as well as smart tv’s and possibly a computer ( I still prefer hard wire on pc and associated attachments - mouse, key board, and printer). I hope the privacy issue does not come back to haunt me

Simple set up, was up and running in less than 10 mins. Setting everything up with the app was a breeze!

I got three the pack and couldn't be happier. Huge blanket of WiFi throughout the house and entire yard.

Very easy to set up. I have 4 floors (one a basement). WIFI is strong throughout. But sometimes the internet just plain disappears. For a minute or so, and then returns

System was very easy to install. We purchased four units. Pitched our modem :) and have internet service (faster than ever ) all through our house, in a detached garage and the whole way down to our pool house. VERY pleased with performance and ease of installation.

Bought this to go along with my AT&T Fiber. Set up was ridiculously simple, maybe took 15 min. Now I'm running 250-300 Mbs down and up throughout my whole house...and that's with the kids streaming HD netflix ipad's computer etc. Very intuitive app, very cool, very simple, just and outstanding product.

Replaced an old Apple router. My 10gb service was consistently delivering 7gb. Installed the new WiFi and started receiving my full 10gb. Setup was amazingly easy with the Google WiFi app on my iPhone. Building my smart home from this WiFi and Google Home mini. Really happy.

We had a few dead spots with unreliable wifi. This system has been a great help, maximizing the speed.

Easy to install, easy to use via the Google Wifi app. Using in a 2100 sq ft duplex loft that always had trouble with smart home devices dropping connectivity. Not a single drop since I've installed this system and speeds even faster than what was advertised to me by my ISP.

A few freeze glitches at first but easy setup. Completely solved my connection issues with traditional router. I have 3 devices - 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Internet and streaming works great. Everything is run through an app on my phone i can check anytime anywhere. Go get one.

Love this WiFi for expanding my network area and controlling my kids devices. Easy set-up and easily controlled within the app. Able to select certain devices to turn off on demand (think x-box) and can schedule certain devices to turn off on a regular schedule (think school nights).

I have a somewhat complicated wifi, ALL my devices were setup static, due to wifi dropouts & conflicts. After I set my old router up that way only one issue remained..... Dead spots. Bring in Google wifi... Absolutely no dead spots in the house anymore.... Keyword.... "in the house" outside... Different story. My old router my wifi worked great outside.....backyard, front porch, driveway, almost to the street. Google not so much, but at least it works somewhat outside. Info I didn't know while reading reviews that would be helpful.... If you purchase the 3 pk bundle, both ports on your two mesh pucks (the two that's NOT connected to your modem) you can use them as LAN ports if you please. Yes... BOTH! I still setup some important devices static or ip reservation.. With no issues, the app makes it a breeze to setup & monitor. You can block wifi to certain devices if you want with a simple click, you can see real time traffic, very helpful with kids. Long story, long, get it!!

I’m a low voltage tech and being that we live in ny and almost every house out here is made of brick, concrete and steel all my clients have WiFi issues and even the best WiFi extender out there would never do the job properly. UNTILL GOOGLE!!! I normally by the 3 pack and let me tell you most of the time I don’t even need nor than one. These are by far the best thing ever made and it now make my life 100% easier. Hands down to google

I've owned several routers, from Linksys and Netgear to Apple's router. This one is by far the best I've ever owned. Installing was a breeze. The mobile phone app makes set up and configuring so simple. Anyone who is non-technical should be able to set this up! Highly recommended!

I bought three of these for a 3000+ sq/ft. home. East to set up and makes for full wifi in all areas.

This is a great WiFi system. This completely covers my split level house. This increased the speed that I was getting on my older wireless router from 6 mbs to 50 mbs. What an improvement!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy to setup. Just plug it in and use the phone app to guide you through the setup. Works great too!
