I purchased the Netgear Orbi system and it kept losing connection with my devices. I have had this for 30 days with no issues and the google system is less expensive. Don't hesitate, it works!

I guess it was the shape of my apt because it's only a little over 900 sq ft. but I have always had a hard time getting a solid signal in my back bedroom (router in the living room). I've tried the individual extenders and they all suck because they create a separate network and it's not much better than just the router. Then I got my Google Wifi and it all changed. Simple and easy setup via Bluetooth with the app on my phone, amazing range, and great features. I'm getting the same speeds in my bedroom as in my living room and I now have a guest Network that allows visitors onto my wifi without access to any of the hardware connected to my main network. I couldn't be happier.

I love this setup. It was pretty easy to get up and running and now I have excellent signal throughout my house and I can control it all from the Google Wifi app, which is pretty easy to use.

Easy to set up and for once I have Wi-Fi coverage inside 3300 sq ft house and on outside patio. Had used a Modem/router previously and had dead spots in several areas with no signal outside.

Took less than 10 minutes to install and blankets the entire house with WiFi. No connection issues and great throughput, even when five people are streaming at the same time. Great product.

I needed to replace my old Apple Airport express. I wanted to try a mesh router system to reach the farther corners of my home. The Google Wifi was vastly cheaper than the competition (eero, velop, etc). It works so well. It tripled the speed of my Apple router, with no changes to my speed from my ISP. I get full coverage throughout my house, and the app based configuration app is great because I can make adjustments while away from home.

I purchased a Wireless modem and the signal would not reach my smart TVs. Now I have coverage through the entire house. It was easy to set up and tech support is available through google.

With a good recommendation and advice from a Best Buy Sales person, found this product to be better than advertised. Easy to install and Internet speed is now screaming throughout my house.

Had a big deadspot in the house and in the garage. No longer! Easy to maintain and fast start up after a power outage. Had the geek squad come out to install and they made it looked easy.

My home is 2 floors and I needed a product that could extend my wifi to all rooms. This worked and was very user friendly. I am able to control it from the app and it was easy to install.

At my previous place, I had a router to the front of the house, close to where the cable company set up my modem. I got very poor reception in the back of the house. I created a temporary solution where I purchased a router to repeat the signal of the front router. However, this router was forced to operate on it's on SSID, which meant I had to manually switch over any electronics I was using depending on my location. Fast forward to today, and I'm moving into a new place. I didn't want the same issues that I had with the prior setup. Thankfully, Google, and a few other companies, now have mesh network solutions. Mesh network routers automatically repeat signals and switch channels within the same SSID to provide maximal bandwidth and convenience. Setup was very easy. The Google Wifi app walks you through the entire process. I ran Ethernet from my ONT box to a base router in the basement, then installed the other two routers (connected via wifi only to the base) at different ends of the house on the first and second floor, in order to ensure maximum coverage across the house and yard. Now, even at the far end of my lot, I get solid wifi under a common SSID. And this is on an almost acre-large lot. Also notable - the Google Wifi app has built in quality tests, to evaluate the speed of the ISP connection and the effectiveness of each network router. And there are various ways to customize the network, including forcing downtime of the network (and therefore, force family members to disconnect for awhile). Overall, I'm very impressed. Google's solution leaves me with a feeling that everything from setup to the operation of the network is how things "should work" from a consumer's perspective.

I used to have an airport extreme that was 6 years old and worked great for me. With a bigger house I didn't want to extend the network and lose signal, so I looked into Google WiFi. I have never had wireless signal this fast at home, even at the farthest point away from an access point. Setup was easy, just had to place one access point a little closer, but I have while house coverage. Once it's warmer outside, it'll be inserting to see how far I can go!

Awesomely easy setup. Covers our entire house. No connection issues to multiple security cameras outside the house. Even with remote school and remote work, no slowdowns experienced. App is nice and simple. I can see what devices are connected. I've created a guest wifi signal in the past so they can still get online, but not access our other devices.

Great coverage and speeds across the house. Much better solution than repeaters since it makes the same network instead of another network. Stylish and works very well. Easy to set up

I've been having problems with wifi in my 4000 sf 2 story house. Modem and router upstairs in my corner office and reception spotty downstairs bedroom on opposite side of house. I heard about and researched mesh systems and decided to try the Google system.WOW! Installation was super easy, just unplug my router and plug in the first pod, download and follow the app and plug in another pod in game room and last in the distant bedroom. 15 minutes up and running with the best coverage I could ever need. More pricey than even a high end router, but great performance and very simple to install. And as always, great info and advice from Best Buy as well!

I have been looking at mesh routers for a while now. I thought it was the way to go based on my research but was waiting for a good price. When the Google wifi was on sale I jumped at it and I am glad I did. WOW what an improvement no matter where I am in the house. No dead spots. Fast downloads. I am even considering downgrading my internet plan it is so fast I may not need to pay for the better package. Instalation couldn't have been any easier. Honestly I spent more time waiting for it to optimize the connection than I did installing. If you are thinking about a mesh wifi system do yourself a favor and pick this one up. You will be glad you did.

I bought this product to improve my Wifi and it did just that..I like that I can put one pod on each floor of my house or wherever I need them! It is pricey but I defiantly recommend!

I bought a whole lot of wifi extenders before with no luck. This is great easy install and the app let's you prioritize your devices if you have too many connected. Worth every penny.

I have 4 of these "pods". I bought my first 3 last year and it significantly improved coverage and stability compared to my single-access-point traditional Wifi. I have Google Nest cams on the exterior perimeter of my home and they have never lost a signal. I bought this 4th wifi pod to place directly in my garage so I can get a solid wifi signal while in front of my house and in our cul-de-sac. Super easy to install and manage.

I love these. Easy setup works great with Google wifi app. No dead spots in my house. I live in a town house and 2 houses down I still have a strong wifi signal. Highly recommended.
