Very easy & quick set up! Covers every corner of the house, we are getting up to 210mbps and our service is 200.

I live in a 1-bedroom apartment. This router is perfect! Really simple setup. Aesthetically pleasing. Great speed!

We are Xfinity customers, 1800 square foot home with 2 levels and 1 basement. In home devices include 2 smart TV’s, cell phones, 2 printers, 3 laptops, a desktop, and a PS4. Wifi signal upstairs in the gamers bedroom was non existent after a recent modem upgrade to the latest Xfinity tower modem. Considered the Xfi pods vs Google WiFi to correct the problem. Cost of the xfi pods was $120 va Google WiFi at $258. After speaking with the gentleman at Best Buy and viewing the online reviews I decided to take a chance and spend the extra money on the Google WiFi. Got it home, and within 15 minutes we were setup, active, and gamer’s connection is the fastest he’s ever experienced. Literally, from zero connection to speeds never experienced before from the gamers room were our out of the box experience. Product setup was unbelievably simple and worked without error on the first try. Simply amazing product - definitely recommend spending the extra money to invest in this system. Couldn’t be happier (and happier that my gamer is happy!)

I started having connection problems with my Asus router and researched a replacement. I read lots of good reviews on Google's Mesh system and purchased the 3 node system. Within an hour of getting home had all nodes working. The phone app was a piece of cake downloading and using. I used same SSID and password from my old system and amazingly everything reconnected. There is a single Ethernet port on each node, the unit that became the master I connected a switch and all components connected to the switch work fine. I now am 5 bars strong in all areas of my 3300 SQ ft ranch and also outside on the deck. Speeds are above average and streaming TV shows using Xfinity app has never worked better. I have great connectivity on all devices, including phone, several laptops, D-link wifi cameras, and a number of different tablets. It's nice I do not have to switch SSID when moving from one node to another. Sleek design, goes with most decors. Overall a good investment and don't have to deal with aggravating poor or slow connections.

After recently finishing my basement, I discovered that my traditional wireless router was not up to par with my requirements. I do everything through streaming....YouTubeTV, PlayStation Network, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu....and having my router on a different floor was not a strong enough signal. Enter Google Wifi. I got the 3 pack and couldn't be more pleased. 1 replaced my old, big, clunky router in my office. Another went in my basement, and the last one upstairs. I now have maximum signal strength in every corner of the house. The setup was incredibly easy. Just download the Google WiFi app and follow the instructions! It's as simple as scanning the code on the back of each unit and letting Google do the rest! I tested it on all my streaming services, as well as online gaming on my PlayStation. I have ZERO buffering or signal issues. Our total square footage of our house is about 3,500 sq ft. One Google Wifi device on each level is plenty! I HIGHLY recommend!!

Listen to advise from the "Geek" with the red beard at the Best Buy store in The Woodlands Texas regarding wi-fi. He really knew his stuff. I went from about 15 to 20 Mbps download with my old unreliable Apple airport system to 120-150 Mbps throughout my house. Purchased 2 x three packs. First class performance with the Google wi-fi. Also works great with my Denon HEOS wireless speaker system. Again, first class service at the Best Buy store in The Woodlands.

I have cable wifi (optimum) and upgraded to 200mbs. I have a 4100 square foot house (3 floors) and used one repeater. Between all the devices and tv's - we had about 20 things connected to the wifi. I was getting upload and download speeds of around 36 and 54 mbs and someone was always getting kicked off the wifi. I was originally going to get the ORBI system, however d the size of the routers and cost bothered me. After reading many reviews, I purchased the google wifi system (3-pack). Set up took about 10 minutes - I put one on each floor of the house. Wifi speeds are on average 138 - 159 mbs. I love the features of the app,especially cutting wifi with just a touch of a button to my children. I can test the strength to make sure the routers are placed correctly; I work from home and am able to prioritize my computer before anyone's device. The routers are discreet and can also be used as a 'nightlight'. I am finally getting the internet speeds I have been paying for and there is no more 'buffering' when watching videos. This is truly one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Loving the difference Google Wifi has made. Set up was of course a breeze. The only thing that took a bit of time was registering my new modem with my ISP. Using this in a single story 5 bedroom 3000 sq ft house. Purchased this item due to weak/slow signal in some locations of the house. The one that really drove me crazy was my gaming room. I have always had my PS4 hard wired but never got around to doing the same with my Nintendo Switch. To be able to hard wire the Nintendo Switch, I would have needed to buy an Ethernet Switch along with a USB to Ethernet connector. While this would have been cheaper than Google Wifi, we'd still have issues getting a strong signal in other parts of the house. Not only that but it wouldn't help when using the Nintendo Switch in hand held mode. With Google Wifi, I have a great connection on my Nintendo Switch in both docked and handheld or table top mode. We of course now get great Wifi through out the entire house and even outside on our patio. In fact, I've noticed that now my phone will stay connected even when in our drive way.

Wow! What a great product! I was hesitant buying at first as it was a little more on the expensive side. Per recommendation by a Best Buy employee, I took a chance. Totally worth it. I’ve never gotten such speed through wireless internet as I have with this router. Provides coverage throughout my entire house and it doesn’t matter if I am 5 feet away, or in the furthest part of the house, I get the same speed. App that goes with this is really convenient. You can see everything going on with your internet right here. You can set up parental controls to limit when a device can access the network and see what devices are connected. You can also give priority to a device, like if you have a streaming device and don’t want buffering. Very sleek design, fits well with the surroundings if you have it hidden or right out in the open. Easy to set up, and use. Never a need for resetting or unplugging, however, you can reboot it right from the app. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be dissatisfied!

These are great! They are easy to set up, great coverage and fast. It takes some getting used to having to make changes on the mobile app only but there are some neat features. You don’t have to select different access points and there are awesome parental controls. Auto pause for kids devices.

Replaced AirPort Extreme tower. So easy to set up, it left me a little unsettled. After set up, it did some updates and has been doing its thing ever since. I use Comcast. Better coverage, better speeds, much better upload speed too. If you have an old Apple router, it’s time to give it up.

Google WiFi was easy to set-up and works well in our split floor plan house. The three devices seem to cover the entire footprint without any identifiable dead zones. Speeds are very consistent and no trouble transitioning room to room. Much better than extensors or a single pointrputer.

Though not the most features. For the average user it is perfect. Incredibly easy setup and very strong signal.

Fantastic Google product! I really didn't even need the whole-house wi-fi web coverage. However, I had a PS3 and computer in the living room that had some wi-fi bandwidth-limitation problems regarding my home media server. I installed 2 of 3 google wi-fi nodes and plugged both the computer and PS3 into the LAN ports on the living room node. No problems whatsoever now on playing all my media from the computer to the PS3. Great coverage and was easy to set up.

I telecommute and before this had a lot of dead zones and frequently dropped connections. Without a good wifi I would not be able to keep my job. Now there are no dead zones in my house (I have 6 points because of our large home) and we have very consistent coverage. On rare occasion I have to reset a point or I’ll get a slower speed unexpectedly (maybe my isp?), but it’s rare. Set up was very user friendly. The only time consuming part was finding the best places for the points.

Easy installation with the app. Signal was greatly improved. Plus no more equipment rentals from here on out.

This product is awesome! I had an Apple router before and it did ok, but I found myself loosing wifi in some of my further rooms....no any more! I placed these 3 points on the different levels of my home (2200 sqft) and I have no issues with wifi! The points are super easy to setup using the Google Wifi app. I really like that you can name your connections and you can prioritize them as well. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend.

After recently moving into a townhouse with four levels, our family needed a better WiFi system. Our ISP is Verizon Fios, but the WiFi modem wasn’t strong enough to reach all floors of our home. Enter Google WiFi. It has exceeded our expectations. Our signal strength and download/upload speeds increased exponentially, allowing us to utilize the full power offered by Fios internet. One of the best purchases I’ve made in years in regards to home internet.

Okay, so I have been a network engineer very early in my career, so I would say that I am a "well informed" buyer. I bought these (4 in total) to cover my entire house (which has a LOT of stone on the inside) to signal is always an issue. Issue Solved! These are so easy to setup and connect. I use the Google WiFi app to test the strength of the MESH network and simply move the devices to optimize the overall MESH performance. Not yet sure on updates (which I hated with the Apple Airports). On the Apple devices, I physically was always having to log in and update the firmware manually. From everything I can tell, Google does this automatically! If you are able to plug these in around various spots in your house, there is NO REASON to use any other solution. This is the best home networking solution we have ever tried!
