Weak on the periphery, but passable. But when we started adding Home Hub, minis and cameras and other sensors we needed a mesh system. This is such an easy install and has made such a huge difference in the speed and bandwidth of our Wifi network that the fact that it cost a few dollars more than a single router is not even a consideration. Would deFinitely recommend.
