We've always has spotty internet. Before this purchase, we had a surfboard (2 in one modem/router) and we CONSTANTLY had to reset it. We've had the google wifi for about a month now and have yet to reset it once. I love all the features including setting up a guest wifi, so guests aren't connected to your main one. It's a must buy.

Door has steel frame. So far everythings working fine.
