Blankets the entire home with coverage. No loss of internet speeds or bandwidth issues. Have around 10 devices connected and being used with no issues. Extremely user friendly setup.

I installed 3 units several weeks ago. I am a networking professional and wanted to get to a simpler way of managing my home environment. the setup was a snap and I was able to extent the range of one unit by connecting it over an existing Ethernet connection which to my knowledge is pretty unique to these guys. the management is super easy. the throughput is a little less than the Asus AC-5300 i pulled out but the ease of managing makes it a sure winner. one of my challenges was that I was constantly chasing around MAC addresses to see what devices were connected with these units I've done it one last time. another advantage is my house guest get a web page where they can turn on and off lights via my Hue lighting.

I have 4 points set up in my 2,000 sq ft home plus detached garage. coverage is very good, much better than my old router with extender.

My home wireless network was suffering from slow speeds and poor connectivity. I selected Google Wifi based on the internet reviews that I read and talking with a co-worker who recently purchased one. The results are amazing. I'm now getting close to wired download speeds on all of my wireless devices throughout my house. The Google Wifi App make setup a easy and very straight forward. The downside of the app is there are not a lot of advanced network management features available. I was willing to live with that trade off for reliable and fast network speeds.

I upgraded our internet access, and didn't want to rent a router. We've long had problems with wifi in some parts of the house or in the yard, so I decided I wanted a mesh system. After some great guidance from the knowledgeable sales guy, I purchased the Google three unit pack, and couldn't be more pleased. I work at home a lot, and it's been great working out in the yard, or being able to listen to music outside - things we couldn't do with a single router, or the "extender" options I tried in the past. This network supports multiple users streaming video simultaneously. The Google mesh router is a great option, and I would buy it again in a second.

I had read about mesh wifi but not enough to understand its implementation. I was in Best Buy for something else and thought I would get started. Best Buy had 3 units in a set and 1 unit. I thought I only needed one unit. At a minimum you need 2 so purchasing the 1 unit was not enough to implement so I returned it. Have not yet gone forward with buying the 3 set since it is very close to the same price as buying 2 of the 1 unit. If and when I do I will buy the 3 set and ensure I have adequate coverage in my residence.

Easy set up and flawless operation. The best I can say about it is that it just simply works. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I bought the 3 pack and placed one on each floor. They each cover the whole level of my 3000 sq ft house(1500 sq ft main floor, 1000 sq ft upper level, and 500 sq ft basement).

New home, but old think walls and difficult to get coverage in all areas. Tried different solutions with different wifi extenders, this Google system solved all the issues, The app made it easy to set up and move around for optimal coverage.

I'm an IT professional who needed an inexpensive home router with enhanced coverage area and seamless handoff between access points. I wasn't sure about going with the Google WiFi, since it seemed to be aimed for a more non-technical audience, but so far I absolutely love it. The WiFi speed is faster than my ASUS router, the setup was easy, and my family doesn't have to know how it works or make any changes to their devices. Setting up a schedule for school nights is a great feature and the management app lets me fix things remotely if anything does happen to go wrong. I would absolutely recommend the Google WiFi routers/access points to anyone.

Hubs do great job in the house. I used to have mesh network over power lines, this surpasses my previous setup by far. Setup is nearly plug and play, speed is great, no network drops.

My boyfriend and I were trying to decide between the apple AirPort Extreme and decided on the google AC1200 because we love google and the router had very good reviews. While the airport had decent reviews as well, we were worried that apple had ceased production on it. We've had no problems in the first month and set up was incredibly simple. If you need fast (60mbps is what we have) internet and have a hard time setting it up yourself, this is a great product. The router is aesthetically the best choice when choosing a router as well, it's small, round, white and has a clearly visable light to show it's working. Most routers are honestly super boring looking, grey or black and large rectangles.

This is the best system to send a WiFi signal throughout the house. I used two WiFi Range Extenders that negatively affected my signal even stopping my video stream. The Google WiFi Home System streams video flawlessly. I haven't had any stream interruptions in three weeks.This system is worth the price.

I could not be happier with the WiFi coverage and performance now that we added Google Mesh to the house. I have an older, cinder block home that is built so well, the WiFi had a hard time getting through. Now that I added the Google access points, it has made my one connection three times more powerful.

This product was pretty cost-effective and was easy to set up. I was looking initially at the Eero home Wi-Fi stuff, but that was like 2x the price and I didn't really need something quite as high end and this has been working great for me! Just 2 of us in our household and when we're streaming stuff, we're usually together anyway and the system seems to have good coverage for our ~1400 square foot house including full basement. I look forward to trying it outside this summer as well to see how it works! If the existing placement isn't that good, I can always move one of the modules or purchase another to expand the coverage.

This router is great! I was having trouble with my old one and decided to purchase this one. This router works perfect with the app, were you can see all devices that are connected, provide a guest password for visitors, pause certain devices, and also purchase additional google WiFi’s for bigger homes.

This router was easy to set up with interaction on my iPhone. The addition hubs connected into the wireless web in my home quickly and with no delays. The remote hubs also provide an Ethernet port for devices that cannot connect via Wifi.

I got this to extend my signal for my family and replace an old router. It's super easy to setup and has great features. What sold me was the ability to filter adult content out and set schedules for my 3 kids devices. It's great because I have each kids devices set up with the ability to pause all their devices at once if they are not behaving. The speeds are blazing fast and I'm getting around 110mbs. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an easy and customizable setup. I also like the way it lists connected devices and I went in and renamed each of the kids devices so I could see if they're using them and who is connected to the network at any given time.

I’ve been having issues with the WiFi cutting out while streaming to the TV. I’ve tried extenders and upgrading the modem. Nothing worked very well. As soon as I installed the Google WiFi system, the problems disappeared. The whole house is covered and the kids haven’t complained once. Worth the money!

Was looking for an extender for a different router when the salesperson told me about this Google system. Was skeptical at first but now that it’s in my range is excellent. Truly a whole house WiFi. Installation was very straightforward. Almost installed itself. Also has a nice app for later adjustments.

I live in a 3 story townhouse and have been looking for a device like this for some time now. I purchased a Nighthawk X6 over a year ago with an extender to handle our 3 stories, but the extender would cut in and out constantly. The Nighthawk worked 100% for the first 2 floors, but failed on the 3rd, with no reception on our rooftop. I decided to go with Google Wifi over the other mesh systems because of reviews. No regrets! Pros: - easy to setup - devices look good [ has a bit of a Gort look to it ] - range [ speed almost 100% 3 floors up ] - updates [ google updates automatically instead of updating firmware yourself ] Cons: - requires ios or android to setup - no vpn support
