The best WIFI, SO SIMPLE!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controlled with a smart device or desktop. If you need to add a device just give it the password. Also can make wifi not seen by others. have coverage for streaming or just browsing the net everything from tv's to pads to laptops from inside to around the outside security cameras. 4K sq ft house and trailer beside it and 1/2 acre lot. Just plug in and each see's each other and everything connected stays connected. Also discrete inside or easily placed in attic (one connected to net modem) no need to touch or play with. comes back on line easily after power outage (I keep all on small UPS devices as well as modem).

Excellent ease of setup
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have upgraded our home router at least 3 times over the past 12 years to try to achieve broader coverage in our home. We have ~3000 sq ft and we get interference from some of the walls in the home. I have tried extenders in the past but it is just too complex of a setup and didn't seem to be reliable for connecting to. I'm not a computer guru and wanted to extend coverage while having a system I don't need an IT technican for. Was extremely impressed at the ease of installation. Very impressed with the app I get to use on my phone to both monitor and modify the system. My concerns for going with this system is that we are providing yet more ease of access to large corporations like Google (since it is their product) to our personal traffic but I don't believe that we can mitigate that with any mesh system out there. It is too early for me to provide 5 stars because I don't know the longevity of this system so who knows if a year from now, I become disappointed for some reason. At the present time, I would certainly recommend this product.

Great WIFI system.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Though this system is pricey, it is worth it. You get total coverage for you home, plus the ability to mange your kids internet. This system comes with site blocking to prevent children from accessing sites they should not as well as the ability to control when they are permitted to access the wifi.

Great Wifi system for home
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because I have a bigger house. 5 bedroom 2 story. Nearly 2400 sqft and it works great. I was able to put two down stairs and two upstairs (I bought one individual). I can even walk throughout my backyard and my front yard and still have great coverage. I would definitely recommend this product. The best thing about it is that you download the app, and it walks you through the installation process. It’s literally plug and play basically other than having to sync them all together, but the steps in the app tell you exactly what to do and it took me about 10 minutes to have it all set up and ready to go.

Everything I could ask for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The router has done everything I've wanted it to do. It has better range than my previous one (only 2 years old and designed for long range at the time), so it covers our whole house easily. Stability has been great (been using for about 6 months). I love the software/interface features. It is trivial to set up and is easily controlled by phone. Ability to schedule on/off times for individual users is great. Each user can also be connected with one more multiple devices, so I can turn of my teenager's phone and chromebook at a certain time and all of my middle-schooler's devices at a different time. It is also easy to modify that schedule for exceptions.

Great Wi-Fi system for the house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Google wi-fi system has significantly improved our internet speed all throughout our house. We stream our TV, music and use internet on multiple computers simultaneously and the speed is still very fast. We have these on each floor of our house and that seems to work well. I’d highly recommend.

Love This Router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have struggled for years in my two story house to get adequate WiFi to all devices. I tried almost everything. This router may not have the fastest throughput, but with the total home coverage, my transfers are faster, my gaming is smoother, and my work vpn hasn’t dropped once where before it dropped 8+ times per day causing lost time waiting for my connection to reestablish. Plus, it was extremely easy to setup. All I did was disable the router on my modem and put it in bridged NAT. The google WiFi did the rest. I still have a lot of control also with static ips’s A customized dhcp pool, and port forwarding. I highly recommend this router to anyone.

Been using for approx a year now
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 4 of the units to cover my house which is approx 3600 sq ft. I would prefer to have a hard wired system, however I did not wish to go through the pain of wiring an older home. The system is not hard to configure and been stable the entire time. One of the units has required a reboot a couple of time over the past year. It was not unreachable, just diminished connection which was corrected via a reboot in the app. At the time of writing I currently have approx 50 IP devices connected to the network. If there was anything that I would say that I do not like, it would be the inability of changing the lan ip address. Good Solid system

Reliable, easy to set up. Could offer higher speed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Google Wifi system was incredibly easy to set up and it worked like a charm in terms of providing a consistent connection and decent speed. The app makes it super easy to set up the main router and the two boosters by simply scanning the QR code on the bottom of each unit to set them up. The units themselves are a little larger than I was expecting, but overall very unassuming and can easily be hidden around the house. It's also very easy to check the health and status of each unit through the app. I ended up returning this router, however, mainly because I could never achieve a speed faster than ~250 mbps over wifi despite me having a gigabit connection. I tried on several devices which I know can support up to 850 mbps on other networks, but the Google Wifi never succeeded in getting me that rate (even when I did a network speed test through the Google Wifi app). It's a minor point, really, since 250 mbps is more than enough for most day-to-day internet usage, but on principle, I'd want my router to deliver me the internet speeds I'm paying for. If you have an internet connection that is 250 mbps or lower, than I would definitely recommend this router.

Great wifi mesh system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this system to try to expand my wifi range throughout myy and into backyard because the one that came on my at&t wasn't cutting it. Setup was the the toughest part because of having to deal with the at&t router and not causing a double nat but once that hurdle was passed setup finished quickly. Now I can remotely (via app) monitor my network, shut down or add qos priority to any device whether in home or away. The jump to new access points are seamless so you won't notice a drop in signal.

Best WIFI Router ever used
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had my fair share of wifi router experiences including the Linksys, Netgear, and Comcast and ATT built in router wifi modem, and of all the wifi routers, the Google Wifi is the best. The setup is very simple and straightforward and is handled on the google wifi iOS or android app. It works right away and has been very reliable. No drop connections like I did with previous routers that require router hard restart. I haven't had to restart the routers in the 2 weeks I've used it, and I'm a heavy internet user. Also the router is beautifully designed and would fit in with modern minimalist interior design/decor. Highly recommend it!

Easy to setup and they get the job done
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a 3-pack of these for just over 1.5 years. They have performed up to expectations. Setup was a breeze and the app is very user friendly. I wish the power cord was a little bit longer, but that is my only complaint so far. I would recommend this product.

Welcome the mesh system!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this set-up as a replacement for a Netgear system that was complicated and unreliable. Google wi-fi is more friendly technically, and the tech support is stateside. Huge improvement in our home with Wi-Fi signals! The only trouble with tech support is that they do not escalate troubleshooting calls. Communications are done through email, and if one agent hasn't taken decent notes about your issue (or bothered reading notes already there,) a great deal of your time (as a consumer) gets wasted.

10 times faster download
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No more internet speed being slower! Easy to setup and once connected, ran a speed-test and got about 83 MBps compared to no more than 20 before. And most importantly, my bandwidth bottleneck is completely eliminated. We can have as many devices on WiFi as we want - it barely affects speeds.

Great coverage. Easy to Install. Good Price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have already recommended this to a relative. I would consider it reasonably priced for it's capabilities. It was easy to install (if I can do it, anyone can) and covers most of the house. I like the ability to add another unit should we feel it necessary to expand in the future. I'll just wait for a sale before doing so. I purchased it to allow usage of our Roku, the primary of which is a level down from where the computer systems are located and for the most part, if functions adequately.
