The mesh network definitely improved my wifi coverage in my large house. Google setup was very simple. I know there is a variety of mesh systems to choose from, some may even be better, but google is a name that isn't going anywhere so I can count on continued support and updates.

After going through several basic routers the mesh system was the complete solutions. I don’t know how it compares to the other brands but this took care of not only extending WiFi range but most importantly the WiFi congestion from all the smart devices on my home.

Great control with the software but these devices have to be fairly close together to work efficiently. Don’t get less then three for an average size house

I bought this plus the three pack. Works great until my son turns on his PS4. Then my WiFi in the rest of my house disappears. I’ve been on the phone with them in the past as well as Sony and no one can fix this. And it’s been escalated to their highest teams with no resolution. I would say this is a great product unless you have a PS4.

It is an easy to use product. It for the most part undersnds what we are saying and responds quickly.

My comcast router was the worst in my house and I added this to the network and now there are no dead spots in the house. I love the 3 pack. The management is great. I can setup groups and freeze my kids off at anytime. Great features and very happy with the google wifi

Definitely worth looking at if you want to get rid of dead spots. In our case it was the bedroom upstairs. Port forwarding works, DNS works, great features all around. I thought I would not like having to use the app versus browser access but it doesn't bother me at all.

The google home network is a great investment. I was looking for a way to add Verizon Fios without drilling thru my walls. Google was the perfect solution and gave me the ability to extend overage throughout my house. I like he parental control settings I

I didn't even know that these things existed a few months ago and now I am the spokes person for them with my family and friends. These things have made my life so much easier I know have high internet connection throughout the building. Greatest thing ever.

Great addition to my collection of electronics. With the router 4 rooms away in the living room, I was having connection issues in the master bedroom. I connected the google wifi to modem and installed a second wifi point, now my connection speed is consistent throughout my household.

This is my third one, bought one more to expand the wifi of a 1900 town house. It works perfect as a mesh and it allows maximun control of your internet. The google wifi app allows many feature and tracks who is in your network all times giving you control and security.

We set this system up in a 1500 sq ft home, two stories. There were zero issues with streaming! We have multiple cell phones, televisions, game systems, Roku players, outdoor cameras!

Definitely would recommend this for anyone having WiFi connection issues! I currently have no dead zones anywhere in my house and have full WiFi speeds at all times! Every room, garage, and even outside yards have fast connections due to the awesome mesh connection!

I was paying for 100GB internet but was not getting that speed throughout the house due to levels, square footage, and number of devices running simultaneously. Google mesh now provides strong bandwidth throughout the house and the complaints have gone away!

My problem with this product was that I have numerous Internet devices e.g. cameras, Sonos sound system and other smart devices. Mesh does not have a WPS system for identifying older Internet devices. So, you often have to connect those devises to a Mesh pod via Ethernet cable for it to identify with it. Very time consuming and there are often glitches that have to be worked out which after several hours, I finally accomplished. All worked well for a week or so. Then, we incurred a momentary power outage in our general area. Thus began 12 hours of work with the Google techs to try to resolve reconnect issues which finally got the best of my patience and I said enough! I just gave up. I disconnected the Google Wifi Mesh system and returned it to Best Buy with a letter from the Google tech explaining reason for return. The techs were very good at trying to help,very patient and friendly and willing to help. I also had no problem with the return by Best Buy. The product was just not right for my eclectic combination of internet devices. For simple set ups, I think this product would work fine. I would recommend this product to a friend with simple Internet needs although I checked the "no" box below overall.

I really like the ability to roam throughout my home and have reliable service wherever I am. The app is excellent. It is very easy to see how the network is used and to prioritize certain devices for periods of time if bandwidth is at a premium.

Love having these in my apartment. Working from home has become easier. I can now move from different areas of the apartment without worrying about reception. I can have smart tv on, wifi calls and laptop going all at easy.

This was the perfect replacement for a really expensive wireless router that still had lag time for gaming and streaming. NO lag time at all with this system, no matter how many devices are on wifi at once. Half the price of the router it replaced.

Purchased this as my kids got older and use more WiFi . Wife went back to school and required more WiFi . Looking to cut the cord and use more WiFi WOW IT REALLY DOES WORK AS DESCRIBED HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE And I can control what devices use the WiFi. Love it.

I moved into a new home which has three floors and the regular Verizon router did not cover all area. So I was researching for wifi mesh system like this one. I am glad I bought this. It is a wonderful product and the mobile app is really good. Plan to add google home later!
