i have fios for my internet and have the gigabit connection. I was having issues because I was not getting my full bandwidth. I bought these expecting they would help and they do. The only issue I am having with them is that it kicks me off my remote work connection. However It got back on right away. This can be due to my work rather than the google WiFi. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Good WiFi extender, like the fact that multiple nodes function as a mesh but you should know that the extender needs to establish it's own ip network behind your issued router if you wish to keep the one provided by your Internet provider (think FiOS so you can keep the guide data and utilize MOCA). If you use only one node and no mesh this can sit behind your providers router without issue.

Bought for my parents and it seems to be working just fine for them. Quick and easy setup.

Didn’t think I needed it but it make the back yard full WiFi signal specially that I ran a network cable to the garage as it was out of range for the mesh. Very long distance. Gotta say it works great same network name and fast speed

before having the google wifi router my internet wifi speeds were incredibly slow I was paying for 100mbs and was getting 30-45 as soon as I installed my google wifi my wifi speeds were 90-100!!! I was amazed and I loved it ever since

I have A LOT of Google products (Hey Google!) in my house and my router was kicking off units at random times. I bought this 3 pack and separated the units onto each of the pods and I have not had an issue since.

The Google wifi has been a welcomed, long needed addition to my tech experience. I now have adequate to fantastic wifi throughout my home. I have a set of three units And will purchase one more. I am covering 4,000 sqft including the basement.

With the growth of devices requiring wifi, my old router just couldn't provide our household with reliable service. After reading several reviews I selected the Google mesh and I'm very happy with my purchase.

This is a fantastic alternative to the traditional wifi router. I have a four floor house and I have one on each of the first 3 floors and I never have an issue with wifi. Great for gaming and streaming movies!

We like these, give us full coverage. Would be nice to be able to more fully configure.

The WiFi in my house used to vary in strength throughout the house. After purchasing and setting up this product, I get 3 bars EVERYWHERE in my house. Streaming doesn’t buffer, games don’t lag, and searches have become quicker.

been trying netgear wifi router and other router modem, and it doesn't work. Finally I got google wifi mesh system, it worked out pretty well. also you can manager it through your app on iphone, definitely it's a good buy.

Excellent product if you’re looking for a way to improve your wi-fi strength . I already bought 2 packs - one for my house and one for my mother’s. For the first time my mother can use wi-fi anywhere at her house... Great choice!

Router greatly expanded the wifi coverage inside of the house

We were having issues with dead spots in our WiFi, now that our number of wireless devices has grown along with the size of our house. The Google WiFi router may not be the absolute fastest, most configurable mesh WiFi router available, but it certainly meets our needs at a reasonable price point. Mesh technology is also fairly new to the consumer market, so it was best not to invest too much now.

We had Wi-Fi issues in some rooms in the house that are far from the router. One of the rooms is an addition where the signal has to pass though a cement block wall and fireplace. The extra satellite routers solved the problem.

I was having problems with WiFi dead spots in the house due to the size and material the hose was constructed with. The internet Router was located at the very back of the house and there were spots at the Front where there was no signal or weak signal. I now have WiFi through out the house. although at the most distance location of the signal is slightly weker but at leas I have WiFi in those areas.

I was hoping to increase connectivity with devices used upstairs in my condo, but this didn't work for me. Not sure why they sell the single device. I am guessing that you need to have the three unit pack in order for there to be any noticeable difference. I would not recommend getting the single unit, only the three pack.
