    I bought this router because it looked nice and made by Google but after a few days my iMac that's in the same room as router kept connecting to 2.4ghz instead of 5ghz frequency and had to manually reconnect to get back to 5ghz. Other devices around house also keep switching to 2.4ghz frequency. Would of been nice if I had more control over which frequency I could connect to instead and not having devices which between the two especially when they're stationary and almost next to router.

    Google Wifi was simple to setup. I used one to replace my Verizon router and then one on each floor. I have excellent WiFi throughout my 4 thousand + sq foot house. I used four total.
