I don't know all the technical details...all I know is it works great. I decided to cut the cord and go with Sling TV, but wasn't getting great reception throughout my house. This was a game changer for me and has made the switch seamless. I got an extra router mainly for positioning and ensuring I had good coverage over 3 floors, but I'm not certain it was needed. Very happy with speed at all times and in every room.

I have tested many different wireless access points and the Google WiFi is my favorite. It works very well. It is easy to manage through the app. The connectivity and speeds are awesome.

I have had terrible luck over the last two years with routers, whether they were dying on me or just a brick when I bought them, bad luck regardless. I took a chance on these, and I’m getting the best speeds throughout my home. A little pricey to start with the three pod version, but two months in and zero regrets. Excellent product, easy to set up, and easy to test everything on your home network.

I have dozens of smart home connected devices and my old router just couldn't handle the situation, so everything was constantly disconnected and it was a pain in the neck. With this new system, everything just works and the speed provided is excellent. Now I have a constant, delightful WiFi experience throughout the whole house. My house is a 2 stories, 2700 sqft. I guess I'd be OK with just 2 routers, but I got the 3 routers instead.

I had purchased a traditional router and before it was opened, my friend convinced me to go with the Google system. I could not be happier with the decision. Set up is fairly easy and the mobile app to monitor the system is easy to use. I can test the system and move a unit if it is not in an ideal location. I can set limits on my children's tablets which is awesome. It is so much better than i expected.

We went in not sure what we needed and were educated about this system. It’s been awesome and I highly recommend it. Our home operates on WiFi and this covers all our bases. We love it!

Networking is expensive and can be confusing to get different routers and extenders to work in a fluid way. Google Mesh sets the bar so much higher. It's a breeze to set up and we are able to consistently achieve fast wifi connections. The app is great, there's no need to connect to Google Mesh with a web browser. Simplified controls, speed and ease of use make this the dream networking system for beginners and advanced users

It was easy to install this in my home and connect all my devices to it. It took about 10 min. to get all 3 set up and connect 9 devices to it! I would highly recommend this to others.

I've been dealing with multiple extensions in my house to get good range. It was a real pain to switch connections depending on where I was in the house. These mesh systems are fantastic. No more switching connections no matter where I am. That alone was worth the price but the range was better than I expected also. The setup app was very easy to use as well. I have nothing bad to say about this product so far. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this mesh network to replace an older router that wasn't giving coverage to the entire house. The Google Wifi system was a piece of cake to setup. You download the Google Wifi App and it walks you through the setup process. After setup was complete I tested my Wifi range throughout the house and I have excellent coverage and also the during speed tests I was seeing the same speeds even from a distance.

The Google - Google Wifi AC1200 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System (3-Pack) - White is my first mesh network. I have a MOTOROLA 24x8 Cable Modem, Google WiFi, and a NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch for wired connections. I have Xfinity 150mb speed and I'm getting 160-170mb speed through wifi. If you need to upgrade you network, don't hesitate to pull the trigger on the Google WiFi, It just works great!

Love the ease of setup and the flexibility of "sharing" the password with others so they don't have to sit there and type it. We also love the ability to quickly and easily shut of WiFi to various devices and to set schedules so we know the kids aren't using their tablets after they have been sent to bed. Finally, the built in speed tests and signal strength tests are and excellent tool to make sure things are running properly.

We were having issues getting the wi-fi signal out to all our buildings on our property using routers and spots. Bought this and our speed is great and all locations are covered now.

Fast speeds all over the house, 100 mbps service and I regularly test at speeds well above 100 mbps, was told to get the Orbi, but for the price I'm more than happy with the product.

Even with a powerful router downstairs and a signal booster plugged in upstairs, my wi-fi coverage and signal strength were not consistent throughout the house. The Google mesh network solved that instantly, and it was extremely easy to install. I am not very tech savvy (old guy!) but I followed the simple steps and it worked like a charm. Highly recommended for a multi-level or large home.

My home was very tough to get a WiFi signal throughout the house. The Google WiFi was extremely simple to set up and covers every inch of the house. It is nothing short of awesome.

I have just loved the easy setup and use of the mesh Wifi. I now have full house coverage. It is very easy to use parental controls. I love how the app helps you properly place the wifi pucks. Prior to using this product I had nothing but issues with the Wifi bundled with the router from our provider. I had tried other options (Belkin, D-Link, Netgear), but none of them worked like the Google product.

Absolute lifesaver for a big house running multiple devices. 4000 sq feet with 8-12 devices all requiring internet. Everyone keeps a lightning fast connection anywhere in the house!

I never got fast internet in the basement, but now the entire house is so much faster. One of those things that you didn't realize how bad it was until you had the new technology.
