Great product. Our Wifi got better at each and every corner of our home.

We were having trouble since moving to a bigger house and our son having a gaming computer on the fourth floor and the modem/router on the bottom floor...a geek squad representative suggested we get a mesh system instead of the extender which we tried and did not work at all in fact took it back after just a couple days. The Google Wifi system was so easy to install it took me about 15 minutes if that and we have Xfinity with a modem/router combined and we didn't have to change anything just plugged the google system into our modem hooked up the other two in separate locations on on the first floor and one on the 3rd and we had blazing fast internet speed...and doing it on my iPhone is super easy and actually fun. My son can now play his role playing games and when I want him to get ready for bed or school work I just pause it for a while and we are good to go. We absolutely love our Google Wifi system. Thanks again Google. Well worth the money.

Hasn’t increased my internet speed as expected from product description.

All the features like bandwidth monitoring, Internet usage, device grouping for pausing connection to internet, and smart home app features. Issues the Auto Channel selection is the only option and doesn't work well. Mine kept selecting a congested networks and several of my streaming devices where getting bad signal in the same room with it. Customer Service beside helping you setup cant really do anything on the device to help support it. You have to use the app and there are no settings you can adjust if you need to help improve your performance. Being able to access the device from anywhere is nice as it is now at my parents house and i can monitor there network and can reboot the device remotly.

This is an excellent product. I can't stress enough how easy it was to set up, and get all 3 wifi spots connected. Only downside is the price currently, but it is highly worth it. In my 1 level apartment, i've always had issues getting a strong wifi signal in the bedroom (furthest room from router) to stream netflix. I even bought a good wifi range extender, and while it initially worked decent, it looses connection to the main router frequently, and the signal still fades while streaming netflix. I thought, and still believe that the material in the walls making up the old apartment building are providing some sort of interference with the wifi signal. I was hesitant this google wifi would make any difference, but to my pleasant surprise, it has worked wonders. I set up one of the wifi spots directly in my room, and have had no issues that persisted previously. Setup was easy and i had everything working within 10 minutes. The phone app is very user friendly.

I've used a wide variety of networking devices going back to the days of 8K dial-up modems. I found the Google WiFi AC 1200 to be one of the best solutions I've used. Based on the reviews, I made sure to download the app first. I unpacked the box and started placing the pods around my home. Setup was super-simple and took under 10 minutes. The interface was very intuitive so I believe that non tech-savvy people could still walk through the setup with ease. I've been using it for several days now and have been streaming high definition content on my TVs and devices. I haven't experienced any buffering despite the large amount of bandwidth that I'm consuming. I also tested different spots within my home with Speedtest.net and found no degradation of speed even in corners of the home where I was far away from the closest WiFi pod. I highly-recommend this solution for someone looking to upgrade to a better WiFi solution for a large home or apartment.

My connection keeps dropping and it also doesn’t support lower bandwidth for home automation products. tried calling customer service for support but had the worst experience. Will not recommend buying.
