Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the ease of use, excellent coverage, and straightforward setup of the Google Wifi AC1200 system. Many also praise the improved signal strength and extended range, resulting in better overall performance. While some users experienced connectivity challenges, the positive feedback on performance and ease of use outweighs these concerns. A few customers noted the system's higher price point.

Does an outstanding job covering our larger two story house. And the added network management features are a great plus!

Google Wifi replaced cheaper and older technology in our house, which caused so much hassle for too many years, needing to be reset all the time. So easy to set up and install Google Wifi has been trucking along very reliably, giving us full access to our provider's speeds without interruptions. It was worth the investment.

Was struggling with consistent signals both in basement and upper level at points that were farther away from modem. Sent Xfinity modem back, bought a less expensive cable modem (without wifi) and setup Google's wifi. Signal strength greatly improved. Good diagnostics. A little hard to swallow the price, but to date, no regrets.

After buying one of these for my apartment I decided to invest in 3 more for my parents house and I have unleashed the power of the internet service to every corner of their lot garage back yard front yard even the bathroom this is the absolute best mesh network. If you want to see my review on the one pc click on that one. The only difference is the size of your house requires more of these. If you live in a mansion you can connect up two six of these bad boys. Truly a no brainer.

Was looking at a gaming router for our setup, but couldn't resist the urge to try this out. No hiccups or problems thus far with my spectrum isp and this hasn't had any problems taking care of 3 ps4s, chromcasts, 4 phones, and a chrome book going at the same time. The app makes everything easy to manage as well.

We plugged this into our ATT router, followed the directions, and 15 minutes later we had vastly improved wireless coverage for our entire home. Really was easy to set up. We did not disable the Wifi native to the router - we’ve had no conflicts or problems with the google system. A good experience thus far.

Easy to set up and works great. Just follow the directions and you will have your whole house covered in less than half an hour. I am getting good WiFi access all over my 2,800 SF, two story, three bedroom home. Two points would probably have done the job, but I used the third point to connect an Ethernet cable to my desktop.

I spent a lot of time on reviews prior to purchase and several reviews were mixed for all of the products. I ended up going with these and don’t regret it for a second. Easy to set up, no dropped connections and I don’t have a dead spot over my whole house (3400 sq ft). Don’t hesitate buy these.

We replaced our ASUS with and Netgear Orbi. The Orbi could not keep connection (though it seems like it was from the recent Chromecast bug which caused the ASUS to not work to begin with). In an effort to keep a stable wifi network, I finally replaced the ORBI after several resets and updates with the Google Wifi. Same coverage on our three levels, and though it was Google's fault to begin with, they were able to patch and keep a stable wifi network. Sorry for ORBI probably with bad timing, but during the support they had no clue the Google Chromecast bug was causing wifi issues. and kept wanting me to reset the routers and update firmware, of which 3 version came out withing the time I had it and it did not resolve anything. Google WIFI was what the BB rep recommended anyway. The google is alot cheaper than the ORBI which is part of the reason for switching. If I am going to pay this much for a router it should just work. Household of 8 people, probably 20-30 devices including 2 wifi cameras and ring doorbell, 3 floors of coverage on a Comcast Business internet. Works great and is stable.

I have 3 of these in my home & they work great. Very easy to setup via their app. It’s given my home a stable & reliable internet connection for every room. You can add separate units as needed. I’d recommend one every 750-1000 sq ft. Highly recommend!

Works great. It's like buying a router with 2 range expanders. They work well with the Google wifi app to tell you who is on, what is connected, runs speed tests, and trouble shoots. Average value because they are expensive, but I got them on sale and would suggest waiting for the same.

The product was easy to install and does the job. When we realized our upload and download speed was extremely slow, the cable company told us it was our router. Our speed has improved without any dead spots around the house. If we find we need more coverage in the future, it is easy to add onto. So far we are happy.

I bought these to use because I have a 2400 sq ft home/2 floors and my Wifi signal from my upstairs router wasn’t strong enough to reach my downstairs family room. So far, these have solved the issue. 1 upstairs 1 near the bottom of the stairs 1 in the family room Great!

I tried several routers before I settled on this one. The set up was easy/the remote operation is top notch. The router takes all of the guess work out of getting the best performance. I have my Firestick wired into the router/buffering is practically eliminated. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

    Best whole house system

I’ve tried every single model of mesh networks, whole house. This one by far is the best due to its ease of setup and how fast it is over the last, further access points. Other mesh networks when you are at the further place it slows down significantly, this one does, don’t get me wrong it’s just faster than the others. On the negative side, you cannot use Disney Circle with the Guest Network. It has to be with the primary network. Not an issue but little of an inconvenience.

I had a problem setting up my last access point and called Google for support. Five minutes later I was up and running. I have a block house and have had all kinds of connectivity issues because of the block construction. The new mesh technology makes so much sense and I now have excellent coverage throughout my house. Just buy it.

My isp said I was receiving the most out of their modem and I should get a router. Now I am severely computer challenged so I researched as much as possible and decided on these. Thank God I did. These are for people like me, they are real easy to set up. You must turn off the Wifi function on your existing modem/router but before you do please download Google WiFi. It was very slow using my cell service to download. They used my existing name and password. I had a hiccup and called google, they are excellent, the problem was fixed in the update but as I hadn’t done the update yet I needed their help. No problem. I am paying for 60 and was getting between 12 and 37. With these I am getting a consistent 57 to 59, and that is with 7 items. The google app is very handy and I can understand most of it. It is great to know if I run into a problem google is just a text or call away. I love these and highly recommend them. I am only using 2 of these for about 1500 ft. Don’t hesitate.
