I’m fortunate enough to live in a large house which is great and should never be complained about. But I’ve always had difficulty with traditional WiFi routers and extenders. Google WiFi is completely different from the routers and extenders most folks are familiar with. Not only does it provide you with WiFi coverage throughout your entire home, but it also actively manages your connections. Imagine you’re driving down the interstate on a call and you go from cell tower to cell tower without dropping the call. That’s because that system knows when your signal gets weak, finds the next source that’s getting stronger for you, and seamlessly hands you off. Google WiFi does the exact same thing for your iPad when you go from your bedroom to your basement. For large houses this is a must!

Bought these to replace the built in wifi from my Internet provider, so anything would have been an improvement. I have a 4 bedroom hours and probably could have gotten by with 2, but bought the 3 pack just for the value. Setup is a breeze, and while these don't have all the adjustments and the bells and whistles of some of the other routers out there (channel adjustment etc), I had it up and running in minutes and a month later I havent had to touch any of them to reset one. I have a 200/20 Mbps advertised cable connection and I consistently get around 250 Mbps down and 28Mbps upload speeds. With the built in wifi from my cable provider I would usually see 150Mbps down and 10 Mbps up. Ive owned a number of routers over the years and this has been the best setup by far.

A great WiFi mesh system that was easy to set up and use. I like that it is updated with out me having to do anything. Signal throughout my home is very strong and works great even when I am streaming a lot of 4K content or gaming.

My son gave this to me as a Christmas gift because I was always complaining about the internet at our house. It has definitely increased the reach and strength of the signal. We even have a great signal in our detached garage now!

Great speeds and super easy set up. Love the app. Needed a router to replace my old router and couldn't be happier. Much faster speeds and no need to reboot this router to get the internet working.

There was an immediate difference in the speed and reliability of my WiFi after setting up Google WiFi. It was simple to setup and is easy to maintain. You can manage the entire network from the app and monitor the network in real time.

Easy set up, I got this for xmas 2016 and loved it so much that I installed one at work. The mesh network is easy to set up and has great coverage. Many bells and whistles too if you need them. Make sure to read all the features so you know about them.

It was very easy to setup and is very small for a router and it works well.

I've been thinking about getting Google Wifi for about 6 months, I'm so glad I finally did. My internet speed at my Comcast Modem/Router was usually around 75mbps, a little higher on some days. I live in a 2 story townhouse, so upstairs the speed was considerably less, which is frustrating when you're paying for 250mbps. I hooked up the Google Wifi mesh network and bought a new modem to go with it, I have 17 devices connected to my network including 4 google homes, 3 chromecasts, and all of my other computer's, phones and miscellaneous tech devices. Even with all of that my internet speed is around 270-300mbps!! That's actually more than I'm paying for. I would highly recommend Google Wifi, it pretty much quadrupled my internet speed and now I am saving $20 in rental fees per month by not having to use Comcasts equipment.

Was the easiest set up I ever. Also love that we do not need a separate Wifi name for the second one. Two cover our whole house. Use to have router and extender. Good speed as well. So glad the saleman told us about these.

Great solution. I know get full speeds throughout my 2 story, 2500 sq ft house. Only gripe is that you have to use app to do anything. Most other solutions have web interface.

I purchased the Whole Home package , and I needed one for the garage area.

This is a great system. Really solid, full bandwidth connection throughout the home and outside in the yard. Would like it better with a browser interface, not just mobile app.

I was having problems with wifi internet connection and speed throughout my house. It had gotten worse these past few years with the amount of devices being used. Kept thinking it was the ISP, but finally decided to replace my router. Bought this "mesh" system and was amazed. I get full wifi speed from every corner of my house (even upstairs). Even with 9 devices using wifi at the same time, I have not encountered any problems. Well worth the price. Also, extremely neat/organized packaging and installation is very simple and quick. To expand on that last point, I'm fairly certain that someone who is not familiar with networks and installing hardware would have no problems setting this up. Very user friendly and conveniently able to be controlled through an app on your phone.
