No more dead spots, no more "Slow internet". This is the ultime solution for weak internet signal on your house. Before Google Wifi Home System i only was able to achieve full plan speed in from of my router, but now i get full navigation speed anywhere in my 3 floor house. There other options more expensives than this but let me tell you, this one is just perfect.

Really good product. It's simple to set up and is asthetically pleasing to look at. Only complaint is that sometimes when switching wifi units, there is a 30 second delay:

These were very easy to set up with the app. I needed to establish a network since my old router was outdated and we needed a stronger signal in the house. Now we can even receive a signal while in the backyard.

I have the 3 pack hooked up with xfinity internet. It has definitely extended range and improved performance. You can use them wirelessly or plug in an ethernet cable to the back of the device to an xbox or t.v. etc.

I have tried a number of different high-end routers to improve the signal in the front part of my house and none of them worked before I came across Google Wi-Fi. Even top-end routers by NETGEAR, Linksys & D-Link didn't do the job. My Ring doorbell, Kwikset lock & MyQ garage door were basically useless. The speed in my living room was so low that I could not use 4K Netflix streaming. I had to resort to Powerline internet to get a decent enough speed to play games on my PS3, PS4 and watch Netflix and Amazon Prime. That has completely changed since I bought my Google Wi-Fi. I now regularly get speeds of 125 mbs in my living room and over 100 in front of my house. This has allowed me to truly have a smart home and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made - and I have made a lot! Well done Google!!!

Replaced another Wi-Fi router with this one because it could not reach our whole house (about 1200 sq. ft.). This was has great signal everywhere. Very easy to set up with a smartphone.

Bought this to upgrade my 6 year old router and could not be happier. Set up was super easy with the app on my phone and the wifi coverage is great. Not a single spot in my entire 3,000 square foot house has less then full wifi signal.

I Have a modest 1300 Sq. foot ranch house. there are 2 adults, 2 children, 2 smart tv's, a printer and an Alexa device on my network spread throughout the house serviced by Spectrum RR service. Because the cable comes in at one end of the house, and my sitting room with a smart tv is on the other side, I kept dropping signal. I tried to solve the problem with a Netgear duel band signal extender which did not help. I still had problems with dropped signal. The Google pods with there mesh system which could be spread out throughout the house solved all my problems. I can even use Alexa in my back yard while gardening, or sitting in the hot tub on the back deck listening to music. Very easy to set up. Truly a great product!!!

My internet provider upped our internet speed, however I did not notice because my router was so old it was incapable of the speed. We also needed a router capable of handling the growing number of internet devices we have and needed WiFi in the garage which is 75 feet from our house. After reading tons of reviews I went with Google WiFi. It would cover the area I needed and was easy to set up. It also has a guest network which is a big plus. After getting the placement right by using the app, the wifi in and out of my house is subperb. No problems streaming Netflix, watching YouTube, etc. I now realize that Netflix does not need to stop and buffer every couple of minutes. The garage has speedy internet and so does the house. We are very happy with this investment and I would definitely recommend it.

If it was not for the google tech support team, I would not have been able to get this installed. We bought six units to deploy in a business environment, covering two office floors.
The product can be made to work in a business settings, and is far cheaper that the equivalent cisco solution. Just the fee cisco wanted for support was more than all the units we bought, to say nothing about the hardware. This provided the incentive to making this work for us. What you need to know:
1) set them ALL up at once in a table close to each other. Do not try to set them up one by one as you place them everywhere. Madness lies down that road.
2) The units need to unfettered access to the internet to complete installation. Most corporate firewall will block needed ports and the installation will fail, either immediately or after a few minutes. We had to set them up with an internet line that bypassed the company firewall. Then we brought them back in and all was well. Settings were not lost.
3) You can use them networked with Ethernet cable, but first get them all connected with wifi first.
Installation took us an evening, but once we got them all setup, performance is excellent. Best wifi we have ever had. Much better than the Apple wifi we had before. And tech support is super friendly and tries hard to help. I am a network engineer, and was able to help at times tech support to help me, there is no way a typical home user could have gotten it working in a business . So for home use, you should be fine. For business use, make sure your IT person does it.

Our speeds went from very slow to faster than I've had before after we set up Google wifi. We normally have 5-8 devices going at any time on different floors of the house, and the mesh has helped keep everything going.

We love our Google Wifi! It was fun and easy setting up! I really like the Google Wifi app that's used to manage the router. It's very user friendly. So far all our devices are connecting well and getting a good signal.

Great product for an apartment building

I have been experiencing horrible connection speeds and random disconnects so frequently that I ended up moving my desk to the room with the modem and using an Ethernet cable to connect to the internet.
Unfortunately I couldn't move my TV as well, so I started looking at my options. Tried a few Netgear routers and a couple of different modems, and, although the speeds would improve, I still experienced disconnects.
That's when I stumbled across mesh wifi in an article and decided to purchase the Google home. It's a fairly expensive product (~$300), but boy I can finally watch TV in 4k quality with no lag/buffering breaks. Totally worth it. The design is aesthetic and the setup is a breeze.
If you live in an apartment building with a lot of wireless noise, you should look into a Google Wifi.

Gave the router/modem combo back to the cable company and brought this in. Couldn't be happier! It looks good, it was super easy to set up, and my internet is SCREAMING fast all over both floors of the house now. No more buffering!
