    Chelsea Whitworth is a rock star. I truly enjoyed my interaction with Chelsea. Honest, friendly, & professional. She is truly an asset to the BB staff. Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable about the LG NanoCell 65' (which I love by the way). I don't give many excellent ratings in my reviews of things but I was more impressed with her service than I was the product that I purchased.

    The system is working wonderfully so far. And the service, once a manager got involved, was superb. I was just outside the window for returns on a system I'd bought just over two weeks from the 31st, and technically, they were not returnable. But upon hearing the story of how I'd waited a few days for someone knowledgeable to confirm that the system was not working, she agreed to give ma a store credit, which I promptly used on another system (more expensive). So I am pleased. Thanks.
