Bought this because I live in a long footprint house. Setup is super easy and everything seems good, mesh test comes back good. Then your signal will struggle and different points will report weak signal without being moved. i moved it and got another good mesh test and now I’m having the same problem again. I don't know if my internet provider is part of the issue but this system is at least problematic.

Better than newer nest units even without AC

Tried several mesh systems and all had issues except these. Even the newer nest version of these fall far short. While they don't have the AC protocol they do at least work flawlessly and have ports on each unit you can wire to or add a switch for more ports. Considering the massive demands I put on my network and havent had a single issue I'm not sure AC is really needed just yet anyhow.

Functions great but coverage is to be desired

My home is 3500+ Sq feet and these are advertised for 4000+ but I still had some pretty bad zones in my house using only one set. Ended up purchasing a second set to increase coverage and while it works, some rooms do have a sizable drop in speeds. Have a 1GB line and my slowest room (opposite corner of house) average ~150mbps down.
