It floats and the mount is secure. 2 concerns: 1) When submerged, if the pole is even a little loose, water gets in. 2) The wrist strap screws into the bottom and if you aren't careful, it can unscrew fairly easily and fall off.

Also does not fold up for travel but needed one that floats so we'll see how it holds up.

it fills with water

I have read others having this issue as well and said that it was due to extending the pole while being submerged. We fixed the issue by making small holes in the tube for the water to drain from.

Beatbuy should have payed me to use this Junk !
