    The camera is a great concept, in theory. In practical terms, however, the camera is made for perhaps a limited scope of functions. Not for everybody, and definitely not an everyday camera or video camera.

    So complicated. Requires two memory cards. So slow on the software. A nightmare to handle the files... I returned it after just a few days, even though I'm pretty tech-savvy...

    The camera is not very intuitive and the picture quality is not good. I tried the return the item, but I was two days over my 15 day return policy.

    Can't get GoPro Fusion software to successfully process (stitch) an 8 minute video without crashing a well spec'd PC. 99.5% processor utilization, Intel i7 6700k.

    I purchased this camera and it overheated/froze after running it for 20 minutes. After receiving a battery replacement from GoPro and resetting the device, the same issue happened. Because GoPro made me wait on a replacement and reset, I was past my refund period with Best Buy so Best Buy chose to blame GoPro and vise versa. If anyone needs a $500 paperweight, let me know! I will never purchase a GoPro product again. Shameful!
