Waterproof though not recommended for snorkeling. Video clarity is poor in salt water.

Seriously GoPro? Just a reminder, iPhones and Samsung do not rule the world. I have a Moto z3 and your website says a z2 should work so there's no reason a new version of that phone shouldn't work. I've never been a fan of GoPro but decided to give the brand a chance. I should've known better. It remains an overrated, overhyped, and overpriced brand. Returning this piece of garbage asap.

I received this as a gift and was very happy to receive it as it appears to be a cool product. However, when I finally got a chance to try it out I found out I need a much faster PC and only Windows 10 is supported. Tried to return to Best buy but they say my Elite status has expired, so I now have 15 days, not 30 to make a return. Stuck with a $400 paperweight.

I had to return this Camera. I didn't really like it. Its missing the live broadcasting option.

Bought and returned this item . Wasn’t easy to use at all.

The advertising looks good but they leave one major detail. In order to make 360 movies you have to have a subscription to another service that will cost you at the time I looked another $60 a month fo as long as you wish to use the camera to its fullest.

Sure, it shoots 360 stills and videos. Doesn't make up for the fact that it has the same image quality as trhe backup camera in my truck. I expected more from a GoPro product.

I don't like the fact that the cameras are so wide and you cannot just make one of the a normal kind of video camera which is not so wide.

Specs were not up to par with value. The power plug will break, the design sucks. Should be used with charging dock instead.

It’s a niche item so don’t expect this to be better than the hero7 black or even the hero 6 black for that matter

Pain in the butt trying to get videos from Thai think with the duel video cards, do not recommend

I have had this camera for over a week now, and I love it! Make sure to download the free app called Fusion Studio by GoPro, this allows you to unlock a lot of features to make your video's look really cool. I love the picture and video quality of this camera. Takes some getting used to in the fusion app, but once you get the hang of it, its pretty easy. The only beef I have with this camera is the weight. It is a bit on the heavy side for what I am primarily using it for (snowboarding mounted on my helmet). I can feel the weight on my helmet which I don't care for, but other then that, this camera is amazing! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a 360 camera. Best video quality on a 360 camera I have seen yet.

Some background, This takes 2 sd cards to run, 1 for each lens, also it takes a different battery than a regular go-pro. This camera is super fun to play with does everything it claims. Pretty fun, I recorded a live group on stage that would be annoying to run around the stage with a camera, I set it on a monopod right in front of the drummer and was able to stand back and later get the video angles desired. cool gift and super sharp images.
