Great picture quality

I use it for interviewing customers and our products at their manufacturing facilities. I tried it on my motorcycle for fun, but the shaking was really too much. I was surprised that the camera did not do a better job with stabilization after watching all the videos posted by other users. If you do want to record people speaking you will need an external mic - which is not easy to find in stock anywhere. I think the best use of my camera, for fun that is, is mounted in my truck.

Good for action shots

The touch screen on the back is now on my list of must have features as it makes lining up the shots as simple as "what you see is what you get" and with all the shooting modes you'll always have choices on how you want your pictures or videos to look. I recommend pairing with a mobile device for even better control.
