I purchased this GoPro on Black Friday and recieved an excellent deal! Doesn’t come with instructions but I was able to figure it out once I downloaded the GoPro app.

I purchased the Hero 5 black just prior to my vacation to Hawaii. I had never used it before and was able to learn it's operation in no time. It captured stunning footage, especially nice to use in the water. The only down side is its batter life.

- Highly portable. I can quickly charge it and stick it in my pocket for on-the-go shooting. - Waterproof. Drop this in water and you'll be fine. Swish it around, and still fine. Go diving, yep, still fine (up to 33' without housing).

Great camera for it’s size and versatility. The remote feature is a plus.

The video quality on this is incredible and very stable. From someone who started shooting video when you had to carry a VHS Camera on your shoulder, this is simply amazing. Lots of aftermarket rigs as well to fit your shooting needs.

I get this camera because im not a pro and I will use it in vacations.

Easy to use, my only issue is the case is difficult to open to charge battery.

I purchased this for my dad and he loves it. He uses it all the time.

I'm looking forward to learning more about all the uses of my new camera. With just a little time reading the manual I was able to take some good pictures and videos. The videos I took while snorkeling were clear and fun to watch.

This is the best Hero series in the selection. Waterproof and attachments ready. Do not miss out . So much to write about but not enough space on this page. You will not be disappointed.

Outdoors with good lighting this camera is 2nd to none! The video quality and options are nice because there's something for everyone. The battery life needs to be better. Battery life doesn't last long enough for me even in standby (when not recording) it drains quicker than I would like. It's good to have a 2nd battery handy and a spare memory card just in case.
