I think we for a defective GoPro. When we first started using it kept acting up, the screen would turn black! We could not return because we passed the return policy limit.

Ok product but would suggest getting the more expensive version to get the quality you are likely looking for

No sound on camera. Tried all fixes. It's only good for underwater, but you can get a cheap disposable to accomplish the same. Not worth the $$.

If you use your camera for uploads to YouTube, do not purchase this camera!!! The sound is dispicable.

When my digital screen didn't start I looked on line and found lots of bad reviews from people that had the same problem. But anyways, I am a Simi professional photographer, this camera is not user friendly , hard to manage, hard to get out of case, hard to understand functions, very limited , bottom line, outdated bad product.

My sales person talked ya out of getting head gear for helmet and go pro fell off during first run and Best Buy did nothing for us even this we bought a year protection plan

After one day of use, it kept freezing on me. I turned it off to rest it and nothing. I should have never bought this piece of junk.

According to its description, the camera is waterproof but the first time I sumerged ir IN water, the camera stopped working.

I had bought an SD card online and the GoPro considered it incompatible . Complete Trash

I've had this camera for nearly five years and it still works great. I first purchased a different brand for over $150 less but quickly realized that one wasn't any good. The extra money for the GoPro was well worth it.

This product has a great audio quality for that price.

I ordered the first one and received it quickly. I was very excited because I wanted a GOPRO for a long time. My excitement was quickly diminished when the camera wouldn't turn on or charge. I looked online and found several complaints about the same issue. I tried all the suggestions and nothing worked. I brought it to the nearest Bestbuy and they replaced the camera. The second still wouldn't turn on unless it was plugged in but wouldn't charge. I finally got it to charge by using a portable phone charger. It works for now but for what I've read online they are not as water proof as they say and leak easily. I don't think I'll dare take it in the water without extra protection.
