If often disconnects from my phone when shooting or doesn’t connect at all. Picture quality is great but it just doesn’t work well from my needs

Motorcycle helmet use

He attached it to his helmet at the top and it has stayed on very well. The camera is small with limited buttons. I'm sure if it were mine I'd know how to use it, but I can't see to figure it out. He downloaded an app to control it from his phone and is in love.
