Basic user instructions would be very helpful. No matter how great this camera might be, it's as good as useless without having a clue how to use it!

Open box missing parts and damaged. Decided to just go for it and but the Hero 9 (which has been great so far.)

Super cool and love the wi-fi. However I returned it because it did not zoom as much as I need it to. Otherwise it would be great!

Few directions in the original box for a new user of GoPro units. Can be a bit difficult getting the unit out of the case to charge and add a memory card.

Overall a decent product for the money however I wish I would have spent the extra and got the top quality as this product has very limited options.

Not happy with this product...it keep freezing while i was on vacation in Hawaii....

I bought the card, the camera, and the handler for our trip to the Galápagos. The handler comes with one diagram to mount camera. I followed it exactly. Yes, it worked but I cannot remove the camera housing. No one from GoPro has answered my call for assistance. You need the app to properly use the camera. No one at Best Buy tells you that. In fact, you can’t even open package to touch camera until purchase. I’m in over $300 for something I cannot use as the camera directions aren’t in the package. I can’t return as I was in Equador during the two week return period. Let’s just say I’m VERY unhappy with the product and Best Buy. Don’t waste your money on something with no support.

Bought this GoPro , but it made me wish I had went with a different model . Save your money and get a Black, Silver, or wait for next Generation .

I'm having quite a bit of difficulty trying to set this camera up. I would like to be able to take pictures and post them on Facebook.

First ever GoPro, and definitely last. Glitchy. Laggy. Constantly freezing and losing projects. Junk.

A slightly morderate budget action cam. If you are tight on budget otherwise i would recommend one with more features

My camera stopped working after my 1 year warranty expired. It was already glitching before that. It just suddenly stopped and no longer turns on anymore. This was with very very light use and no exposure to water. The battery life on this thing was disappointing.

Bought GoPro to film as I was running rapids on Colorado River and take pictures of Grand Canyon from the river. Battery would not hold charge, even when turned off. Got only a few pictures from a once in a lifetime trip. Relying on other folks on the trip for a record.

I bought this for my husband , he ended changing it for an hero 7 black , you can change the battery and is has more definition

The camera likes to turn black screen when taking videos after a little bit. While snorkeling this was an issue when we tried to make sure what we seen was being recorded. Then you touch the screen it would wake up and stop the recording. Also the zoom features wouldn’t register under water. Overall kinda regret buying it. Time we bout this the warranty memory card and stick was out over $300. Not worth it.

I wasn't impressed with the quality hopefully it wasn't just me. Possible it could had been user error.

It freeze up a lot but other than that pretty good camera for beginners

You have to buy separate card fro the camera so you be able to use , I still didn’t buy one so idk how this camera still work

It freezes all the time. The videos are nice......
