    Difficult to set up, no manual or clear instructions in the package or on their website. Don't wait till the last minute to review operation and settings! Otherwise, it is as expected. I have enjoyed the camera and will continue to use.

    Customer service was excellent. Brought back to store 2 times to be shown how to operate. Used easily once I got going. Was out kayaking n hiking and was all I expected.

    I don’t like how they’ve started treating their cameras like phones. It shouldn’t be something you have to upgrade once a year in order to stay up-to-date with this stuff.

    Good action camera. Does have an issue where every once and a while when hitting the shutter button to take a picture it'll so into burst mode as if I'm holding down the button. This is my second one that does this from day one.

    I like the wide angle videos GoPro hero 9 records and I bought this for my family vacation but I’m returning this. Unless you’re recording for during activities like snowboarding/skiing, zip line, or running they’re amazing with motion stability capture and prevent your hand shaking ruining your footage. 5K30FPS looking bit stuttering and 4K60FPS looking good but I can do that with even my 5 years old iPhone 8 Plus. Touch control is unresponsive or goes somewhere else I did not touch
