    If you already have one then no need to get this one. And if you don’t have one then get the newest version. This model has issues with powering off for no reason and battery life is horrible. The picture and video quality isn’t too good either. Maybe I just got a dud.

    Really great for mountain biking and just in general anything to do with action, The only reason not 5 stars is the display screen doesn't work well when you touch it.

    So cool but for some reason it collects dust in a drawer 11.5 months out of the year. I would recommend buying an older one unless you’re dead set on the newest features.

    Gopro in idea is a great product IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED CONSISTENTLY!!!!! I have been using video cameras for 12 years professionally as a skydiver. I can say Sony cameras are amazing and have I have never had an issue with one failing or having issues however their form and function do not match Gopro. The idea that gopro sells is amazing when and if they work Gopros are great but what a completelytotallyunreliable, they fail and loc kup constantly. I have used Gopros from the HD version and had a HD, 3+ black and a 4 black failed to work right out of the box. My 7 and 9 are so so glitchy that I cannot make it one day without multiple issues. I would pay twice the price IF GOPRO COULD ACTUALLY MAKE A PRODUCT THAT WORKED ALL THE TIME EVERY TIME. I can't waite for the DJI Osmos 2 hopefully it has a super view option so the entire skydive industry can stop using these peice of junk totally unreliable cameras. It is so awesome to have 10 seconds to start a professional video only to have your junk gopro lock up and spend that entire moment trying to get a gopro to actually WORK

    My grandson has not use this yet. Hopefully he can ride his dirt bike soon. He will take it ice fishing. He wants to go kayaking with that also.
