First and last GoPro I’ll buy. Four corrupted sessions in the first two weeks (even with the highest rated sd cards from the GoPro list and latest firmware). Tried to return it to Best Buy on the 15th day but they wouldn’t take it. Missed the 14 day deadline for non-elite customers. Besides the file issues, Buttons are are slow responding. App is slow and not intuitive. Has frozen several times and shown “repairing file” message at least as many times. Cons outweigh the pros for this device. Will be replacing with insta360 ASAP.

Love the front facing screen, but the touchscreen sensitivity is so bad on the gopro 9. This Gopro sometimes freezes and shut down.

Overheats fast, lags, skips, overrated if you ask me. The app doesnt make it any easier

First time I used this underwater and in just a seconds after submerged in the water it stopped working. It’s been 4 weeks now. I did everything to dry it and it’s still not turning on or not charging. Please help

Battery life is worthless. Fully charged battery don’t last an hour.

Took me 2 days to actually buy a gopro,cause nobody was around to help me get 1 from the case. Had 2 ask the greeter for help.

If you have a 2020 top of line phone (Android or Apple) stick with that.

It doesn't do well without a lot of light. And I mean any shade will impact your picture quality greatly.

wow, the quality of the camera is super good. I'm impressed, this is my first action type of camera. It has all the features I want like image stabilization, front and back monitors, excellent image quality and best of all waterproof without having to use an accessory case. Its a total package, I can't think of anything other feature I would need. Since I'm new to a gopro I'm still in the learning curve and somethings take some time since there are so many options but overall it is simple to use once you have it setup. with a 64gb card you can get around 2 hours of recording at 4k which is about the battery life so its a good match. i'll just pick up extra sets of batteries and cards if I need more capacity. this is so much better then using my phone to make videos.

Yes, it's a 5K camera, a bigger screen and better stabilizer of images than the GoPro 8 but I had to returned this GoPro 9 because the screen gets freezing and stop recording the videos. Also the touch screen sometimes doesn't respond well. I do not recommend this camera.

not for me, I needed a recorder for low light videos, had to return it asap

If you have the hero 8 is not worth upgrading, but if you upgrading from hero 4 to 9 is amazing

It seemed to be missing items in the box. The condition marked as good/excellent was not correct.

What a disappointment for so much money. Battery didn’t hold charge after being brand new out of box. The usb connection is inside of protective battery and sd card compartment and not useable while operating.

I have used it 2 times and have had glitches both times shuts down and not really impressed
