Bad Quality

I watched videos to see how to fix it but it didn’t change so I just ended up returning it.

Beware Pre Owned Purchases

Upon opening the box, the battery and fastener clips were all missing. Because I wasn’t home to receive the package personally before the 14 day cutoff, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Horrible customer service. So at this point I have no idea if this is a good product until I go spend more $$ on the missing parts to get it to work. I won’t be buying anything from Best Buy again.

Picture qaulity

As proof for myself i took a photo on my foot (from my waist) and the laces on my shoes couldn’t be rendered in the photo. And it was a blurry photo. The vidio i took was similar. Im not sure if this js just my experience bit j ended up returning this.

Don't do it

Should get the newer gen. Works great in other fields but I wouldn't recommend

Crashes and generates a corrupt file

Periodically locks on power off mode and recodes a corrupt file. Cant recommend this. But maybe the next one will be better
