Disssaponted!

When I got back home and watched the results, I was deeply disappointed! All the images are cut off, like if it was a silent movie from the 1920s! The sound is fine. The images are the (big) problem.

Difficulty connecting it to my phone. Problems downloading videos. Problems using the cloud to upload. Nearly everything was a PITA with this. The only thing that seemed to work was actually taking the videos and watching them on preview mode. I had to return this,it was super frustrating to use.

Water Damage in shallow water.

Water got behind both lcd screens and inside the batter housing. Go pro turns on plugged in but won’t charge the battery. Super disappointed considering online the Hero 9 is listed to withstand 33’ of water Only had the GoPro a couple months so I’m very sad about it.

Cant handle wind or wobbling.

Both have had no problem being attached to my motorcycle. The9 constantly turns off and the screen goes from green to purple. Contacted tech support and they sent me a second one . Have changed the SD card twice and bought a new battery. Would not recommend.
