BUT THIS LAST WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IT. I PURCHASED TWO OPEN BOX ITEMS AND THEY WERE BOTH SOPPOSED TO BE EXCELLENT CONDITION MEANING HAVING A BOX ETC.CAUSE THEY USUALLY WILL SAY NO BOX ETC AND BE LESS THAN A EXCELLENT OPEN BOX PRICE THESE HAD NO BOX EITHER OF THEM HAD NO BOX WHICH IS FINE IF THAT HAD BEEN WHAT I PURCHASED. NOT THE NORMAL SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS THAT I EXPECT!

I asked a woman in hawaii to take us a picture at pearl harbor and she had butter fingers. It slipped my camera is craked and now from what i read it is no longer considered waterproof. This is insane!!! Im so disappointed!

Edit exports are not currently available. Time frame to fix issue undetermined. Been suggested to third party apps that also charge. GB's of data will be used. Standard settings are poor. Other options available!

Constant SD Card Errors

Constant SD card errors, lost footage, and missed opportunities. Will try a better card before returning, but after three weeks of adventures in Hawai'i, I'm very disappointed.

Got home and there was no power cord. Called the store and the sent us to online ordering. After a 45 minute call online ordering told us to go back to the store tomorrow. I know the world is in a unique situation but this was a tad ridiculous.

I thought size might have an effect on the overall function of the camera, but it has more packed into it than I thought it could have. I like using it when I fish to catch all the action, but it can be used for so much more than that.
