The front screen has rainbow lines through it. Never dropped or mishandled. Tried multiple resets and updates and still nothing. Waste of money

Battery cover door is difficult to open and the charging port is hidden behind this door. While this is likely part of the waterproof design, it makes it challenging to charge and ensure that the battery remains seated. Out of the box the battery was partially charged, but when I plugged in the provided cable it would not charge and in fact the battery just kept draining. Video quality is very good. The stabilizer technology is excellent. Bluetooth connectivity and app are simple to use and camera updates are pretty rapidly installed. Touch screen display works well. Easily attaches to multiple types of mounting. I used it with a selfie stick and a head gear mount. Technical support was not responsive when I contacted them regarding my charging issue. Camera quality Stabilizing Both screens The app works well The lens and mounts are replaceable like the older GoPros The bad. The standard battery dies vary fast ( the enduro batteries are worth the price. ) The camera will make you update the time and date often not a big deal but still can be an inconvenience. Haven’t had any real issues so far.
