Purchased the camera with the intent to record a car build, so far the camera has performed better than my GoPro 5 and has gone with me everywhere. Have not experienced any lag or other issues with it so far. Would recommend!

Great upgrade coming from the 4th body seems better built and batter seems longer. Downfall still is limit on size of memory card you can install. Why limit it? Seems like a scam my opinion

Upgraded from a Hero 7 I believe, maybe a 5. The upgrade here is worthy for the front facing camera and the high frame rate at 4k shooting. I really dig this camera.

GoPro seems to keep listening to their users about what to include in the next models. I have owned almost every model of GoPro and this is by far my favorite. Can’t imagine where they’ll go from here.

Takes a little time to get used to, but a good camera nonetheless. For $350+, I would at least expect a memory card to come with it, but I unfortunately had to purchase one separately. The accessories are very expensive also, but none of them are really needed to actually use the product.

Best all round action camera there is....5k yaay !! Sturdy, nice add of a screen on front and huge screen on the back. Software is improved and navigation improved. Usual excellent build quality from a GoPro product.

Love this product. The lens quality and options are phenomenal. I recommend using it as an adventure cam. If you aren't adventurous, get a high quality iPhone rather than purchasing an additional camera.

I give this item 3 stars because it is not user friendly for me. You have to use 2 devices for live streaming. Also, you will need to go thru several steps to decide which quality works best for your video or photo. Lastly, a little pricey.

I like this GoPro. I have never used one prior. I will be getting more. I got the 9 because it is several hundred dollars less than the 11.

I had to return my go pro because it was not charging and the best buy workers were able to effectively exchange it out for me.

Loving the new GoPro 9. As a daily vlogger on YouTube it’s critical I can count on my equipment rain or shine. Time lapse features are outstanding

Purchased this for a friend. We used it at Princess Cay on our sail and snorkeling. He will also use it skydiving in March. It's still a learning curve since it was just purchased but he seems happy with it an dthe extra accessories he also wanted for it.

Richard (Magnolia) was great for my new house installation. This is my 5th house using Best Buy. Always a great job. Geek squad was poor with one worker. Best Buy very responsive to issues. No discount, Ha!

Open box: GoPro has no flaws, no scratches, it is in great condition. I couldn't be happier with my new GoPro Hero 9.

Great action camera. Its hard to improve on the Hero8 but I've watched the incrementally advances since my first Original Hero. The front facing display and 5K resolution make this the best action cam on the market.

The cameras good the quality of the video is great I don’t like the idea that you have to have special codec to view the videos on your windows 10 computer and the programs from the Apple store are way too expensive

Very happy with this purchase. We're able to use it under water filming my kids swimming with the whale shark...
