Horrible item

I only used it a couple of times before it lost signal and crashed. I already had contacted GoPro twice letting them know about the issues the drone had. It’s an awesome camera but horrible drone. I hope to get fully refunded since I only had it for two months and babied the item. This item does not hold its price or does it hold its value! Extremely upset customer.
