    Do not buy this product! It is the absolute worst product! Totally useless! I have never been so frustrated with a product in my life. Gopro care is very slow. I have had nothing but problems with the drone, grip and or in reality camera. I have spent so much time playing around with this stupid thing it is kinda crazy. The experience never gets any less frustrating infuriating or disappointing. Do not think you are saving any money with this product! Time is money and you should just buy a way better drone!

    Went to fly and it lost connection and crashed. Talked to support and they said it was a problem on their end and told me they will send out a new drone. Next drone same problem, their end. Told Best Buy and they wouldn’t return the third drone (brand new from go pro). Stuck with a 1,000$ paper weight. DO NOT BUY!!

    Bought it because I own hero 3 4 5 6. Controller won’t connect to drone, and stabilizer won’t power up. Talked to support they sent out a new controller and harness still doesn’t work. Now they are sending out a new drone core. It getting close to two months now. Sad thing is that it worked great the 5 time that I did get to fly it. I now just fly my DJI Phantom which is much better product. Don’t buy.

    Returned for refund...even the "Geek Squad" couldn't make it work. Never got of the ground. Had to install multiple updates for camera, controller and drone but to no avail. Although Best Buy does not service this drone the Tech was very helpful but ultimately had to give up due to time constraints.

    Bought this for a friend who crashed it badly. Called Go Pro to find an authorized repair company. They have none and don't repair them in house either. What they do have is a disrespectful customer service department and agents that will promise something and then another one will change the requirement. Go Pro had problems with this drone and discontinied it. They have not re-entered the market. So what you are getting are leftovers that have not cleared inventory. They have abandoned the project without support. Too expensive for that.

    Very glitchy. Go pro distance is not good. Has a lot of defective issue;therefore, no wonder go pro is discontinuing this product. NOT WORTH IT
