    Had high hopes for this mod. Wanted to use video out via HDMI. So far this has not worked w my laptop, not on Mac or PC. Further, have not been able to get sound out, either thri HDMI or 3.5mm plug. Camera software update was done prior to use. So, not sure if it is a software or hardware issue. I know a software download is supposedly avail for Mac to use as webcam, but have not tried that yet.
