Protect with a water case

It’s secure and I am definitely recommending to those that have one.

Sturdy hard case

Purchased to protect camera when fishing, Mt bike riding. Have noticed on/off button wasn’t working consistently and trying to figure out if it’s “user error” or product issue. I’ve just start using voice control and think that should be easier than hands on. Installation is pretty simple.

Needs some McGivering to work

I solved this with a light coating of silicone grease on the gasket. 2) the button doesn’t work. It’s too short to activate the camera button. I was in a Mexican Cenote when I realized this. I folded a small leaf in four and shoved it in as a shim. It worked.

Must Have for Hero for Snorkeling

Like having both the solid and "skeleton" back. Haven't tested it in the water yet, but based on previous experience with the housing on a Hero 3, expect it to work very well.
