This battery charges very fast. It lasted about 2 hours. I do wish Go Pro batteries lasted longer, but I was very happy to have bought a second one for my Disney trip.

Have had this product for quite some time now. It charges, holds its charge, and discharges exactly how it should. Always good to have spare batteries on hand that you can count on.

A backup battery is a must have for an electronic device and this was essential in my travel plans. I did not have to worry about the battery, all I did was changed it and continued my adventures.

This is a must with these products to extend the life of your go pro to capture all your fun. If you don’t have a extra battery you might not get much footage.

After my GoPro 5 purchase and using my membership, I was able to buy this for about $5 bucks! You should use OEM parts (specifically battery) when using it on a very expensive camera.

I purchased this battery thinking the GoPro charger I had bought along with it did not have an extra battery... It did and so now I have an extra battery but have no regrets.

So glad to buy this extra battery before my cruise vacations. I had purchased some generic ones and used them a few times before my trip. HAD TO GO AND BUY THIS ONE! REALLY PLEASED!!!

This battery is great to have if you will be using your camera a lot. The batteries are light-weight and you will go through batteries quickly if you are doing lengthy recordings.

I would certainly recommend this as a battery backup is needed if you are doing any type of time shoot or just Allen around it's a quick and easy change and a necessary addition.

Affordable and quick charging. I bought two plus a dual charger and had one battery already. Three seems to really do the trick for what I use my GoPro for which includes diving and 4 wheeling!

Construction is A1 and very reliable and efficient battery, I carry a few on trips and have never let me down. Highly recommended to buy oem instead of Chinese knockoffs.

This is an original battery. It last quite some time and works as expected. Recommend getting additional to extend camera use on long trips with lots of video recording and using voice commands.

I think this one has a lil bit more life than the gopro hero 4. It actually depends on the quality of the video you take. I usually take 720/60 superwide and i can take clips for almost 3hrs ride.

Does the job... can get generics on ebay, but needed it in a pinch. Fits perfectly as the original battery does. Nice to have a spare.

Nothing beats the gopro name brand batteries. Typically I like to buy aftermarket batteries and accessories but they never seem to be machined at the proper specifications.

Can't beat an authentic spare battery for your GoPro Hero 5! I keep this on me (fully charged) and swap it out with the one that came with my GoPro. Double the duration of your recording on the go!

This is a factory GoPro item and exactly like the battery that came with my camera. I would buy this again, and would buy at Best Buy, I can not find it any cheaper online, so the price is great.

I bought the new go pro and immediately I purchased the 2 extra batteries as back ups..... I have only used one of the back ups once..... they're strong batteries that last long and hold up well'

Fits my GoPro Hero 7 Black perfectly and price was right. I like to stick with OEM batteries when possible without breaking the bank. This did the trick....

Whenever we go on road trips, we love taking our gopro 5 to capture on video what we see outdoors. Having an extra battery for our camera is ideal so we can capture every bit of scenery we see.
