A: Depends what resolution you have on and if wifi is on. If you have everything on 45min.... if you turn some items it lasts longer.

A: It takes about 4 hours to charge the battery through the USB port on your computer, or about 2 hours if you use a wall outlet.

A: The HERO7 White has an internal battery that is not removable, so spare batteries like this one can not be used with the HERO7 White. It can be used with the HERO7 Black though.
