Cold weather tends to drain batteries when your GoPro camera is not on. I have to keep batteries inside my coat, next to my body to keep them warm before I decide to use them or they will be dead. I hope this is an issue that will be resolved in future models because I am very impressed with GoPro products.

I am disappointed in GoPro after spending $400 on the Hero 5 Black, I learned that only the GoPro labeled batteries will work which cost twice as much as the third party batteries that work fine in my Nikon DSLR, Fuji XP and a variety of other devices I have...When this GoPro dies, I will be looking to other manufactures of action cameras

I Dive and on a few occasions I’ve noticed that my battery was dying in between dives so I decided to get another battery this Adam has work just as good as my original battery

When I am out fly fishing, I make sure I have a spare battery in my pocket (on the inside pats, under the waders, of course). But like the credit card company says, "don't leave home without it."

It's always great to have a spare battery especially since GoPro cameras can eat up batteries pretty fast. I have 3 spares.

It use tone worth buying the aftermarket batteries but they don’t hold a charge like these do so for the couple of extra bucks they’re definitely the better choice.

Anyone who owns a GoPro knows how long the batteries last, and how LONG, it takes to recharge the battery. This was a no-brainer and the price was cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

Works perfect. I recommend buying go pro brand instead of a different brand. Bought so I have a backup as the go pro batteries do not last all that long on a full charge.

Having an extra battery is always a good since the batteries don't last very long if you're out and about. Not the cheapest but just like the original that comes with it the gopro

The Go Pro hero 5 Battery is great and does the job!!!

Replacement for hero 7 black as well. Fits and works just fine. Not too sure if it would fit hero7 white/silver, I was told that the batteries on those weren't removable

A little pricey for such crappy battery life in the GoPro 7. I get a max of 65-70 minutes on my settings. Kind of hard to remove from the camera, seems really tight

I used to buy cheap knock offs for my go-pro gear because the cost was a lot for original Go-Pro batterries, but the price was well withing my budget so i bought one.

This is original replacement battery from GoPro so it works just as the original battery that comes with the camera. Good to have at least one spare since batteries don't last a long time.
