Charged over night initaily and every time. Carrying a 125LB person at most 7 miles IF that. It’s disappointing, but for under 400 all bikes seem tiny, this one heavy and bit larger. Also whoever assembled it should get a different job. Eveything was off including strering, back flap etc.

This was my daughter’s birthday present, she absolutely loved it and has ridden it a probably 10 days out the 15 days that we have had it. She is 5’6 and approximately 120lbs so below the weight limit. I’ve read that Best Buy does not allow returns on electric scooters/bikes so I have reached out to GoTrax but have not heard back yet. Very disappointing!!

Also one tire git a piece if metal in it. I contacted the company and rhey got right back to me regarding getting new tube/tire

But only thing is the seat is already assembled, the seat fall off as she was riding it. Luckily she wasn’t hurt. But please check the seat it may need to be tightened up.

The only problem was the replacement. The accelerator broke, and when we received the replacement, the box was damaged, and the scooter was scratched. It seems like it was an open box situation, but if that was the case, we would have liked to be informed about that.
