It's everything, I expected. If you're looking for a good electrical scooter look no further. It has everything-durability -distance travel-and quality, its definitely worth the money.

I thought it would be nice to try out a scooter like this for quick runs and small errands. Try to save some wear and tear on my vehicle, and some gas money too! So far I like it! Assembling the scooter is pretty easy. Put the seat together and put it in the frame. (make sure to tighten the screw on the cam lock or the seat will sink and twist all around when your on it) Install the basket with the 4 screws, fold up the handle bar stalk and lock down the handlebars. The removable seat and folding handlebars are great if you have a small suv and want to haul it somewhere. Then charge it up. Took about 4 hours the first charge. I was hoping the battery meter would be improved from the older models but it's not. Only 4 bars to indicate the charge. I would like to see it more accurate than that. The first time I took it out for a ride I was a bit underwhelmed. Seemed pretty slow,then I realized I forgot to check the tire pressure. It was in fact low. After inflating to 40 psi, it was much better! Not fast but quick enough. It feels like I'm going 15-20 mph. It would be nice if it had a speedometer but nope. It slows down on inclines but does OK, steeper hills though, you may be walking it. I noticed it seems to be speedier on sidewalks than on asphalt streets, could just be me tho. The 14 inch tires combined with the rear spring suspension does a pretty good job of absorbing bumps. The ride is nicer than I expected. I went about 15 miles the first charge, that's just fine for me. I just plug it in when I get home and it's ready to go the next time. The basket is nice for carrying stuff but I think I'll get a hinged tote for a bit more capacity. There is also a hook on the handle bar stalk for bags. All in all I'm happy with this scooter and it will be especially nice for rides in the summer!

They are very fun. However only having them for 3 months the battery won’t charge. Waiting for the company to replace them.

The bike did not work when I purchased. No Best Buy stores in my area have this bike, so I couldn’t exchange it. I could return it, but I wanted this bike. Then I contacted GoTrax directly. They sent an email with info they needed to process a warranty claim. I sent it over. It took them TEN DAYS to reply. And that was only after I sent a follow up email asking the status of my claim. Then there was no apology or concern the bike isn’t working. I’m sitting at the two week mark since putting in my claim and still have not received a part to fix this thing. I’m so disappointed. And even if I can get this fixed, I will not be buying a GoTrax item again.

Customer service is no help at all. The bike came with a leaky which i could easily fixed myself but i shouldnt be repairing a profuct right out the box plus i wanted to see how the costumer service process would be in case i had to call about a bigger issue later down the line. I sent in a form on their website, no response. Called the service number, they just emailed the form & said the tech team will respond but no response then sent two follow up emails but no response. It was coming up on my last day to return the bike to best buy so i just went ahead and returned it. If they cant fix small problems then they will definitely not fix any serious ones. Steer clear.
