Customer service is no help at all. The bike came with a leaky which i could easily fixed myself but i shouldnt be repairing a profuct right out the box plus i wanted to see how the costumer service process would be in case i had to call about a bigger issue later down the line. I sent in a form on their website, no response. Called the service number, they just emailed the form & said the tech team will respond but no response then sent two follow up emails but no response. It was coming up on my last day to return the bike to best buy so i just went ahead and returned it. If they cant fix small problems then they will definitely not fix any serious ones. Steer clear.

Very poor build quality. The entire key/ignition system broke after less than 1 month. I called to see if the product was still under warranty, but it wasn't. I was then told by the Best Buy Corporate Office to bring it back to the purchase location. I brought it back to the store of purchase (Atlantic Mall - Brooklyn), they had no idea what the agent was saying, and did little to nothing to remedy the situation. Essentially, the staff just walked away after I explained the situation. I guess they figured I would just leave the store once I concluded that they weren't going to do anything for me. A quick heads up for other customers BEST BUY'S WARRANT IS ONLY 15 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. So, on day 16 you're on your own to sort it out with the manufacturer. They (Best Buy) wonder why their stores are closing; tell their (Best Buy) CEO to talk to the people that run Companies like Toyota. FYI, good Companies stand by their products.

Great scooter if you have kids you can sit while they stand up my wife and I use it all the time

I just love this scooter, I had broke My ankle and used this.

The first thing that came to my mind was this was heavier then I thought it would be when I picked up the box when I got it delivered. But with all the heft it is a very strong built scooter. I like this scooter because it has the seat and has a basket in the back. I decided I wanted to do a side job like food delivery and this would do a good job doing it especially since it's electric and not like a bike so I don't have to use a lot of energy like a bicycle would. Anyways it has an advertised max speed of 15.5 MPH with 15 miles of range. I didn't try to get to 15 miles per hour with this where I live because there is a lot of cars and traffic but it went fast enough and with 15 miles of range I could do it for a few hours fine per day which is good. I also have enough range with this to take it to work while taking a ferry between my job and where I live. With the LED light in the front as well helps while at night so you can be seen while on the city streets. I just wished they gave a reflector or something for the back but that's quite easy to do on your own.

The bike did not work when I purchased. No Best Buy stores in my area have this bike, so I couldn’t exchange it. I could return it, but I wanted this bike. Then I contacted GoTrax directly. They sent an email with info they needed to process a warranty claim. I sent it over. It took them TEN DAYS to reply. And that was only after I sent a follow up email asking the status of my claim. Then there was no apology or concern the bike isn’t working. I’m sitting at the two week mark since putting in my claim and still have not received a part to fix this thing. I’m so disappointed. And even if I can get this fixed, I will not be buying a GoTrax item again.

Great ride. The charge last long. I just wish that I bought two more for the price.

Needs more power to go up hill. Its ok if you weigh under 80 pounds.

I bought a Gotrax Flex Voyager for full price, and after only 10 months it broke. The scooter turns on but won’t move, and the throttle wiring is also damaged. I still have a 1-year warranty, but neither Gotrax nor Best Buy helped me. Gotrax told me they can’t ship to Hawaii and refused to replace it. I’m very disappointed—buyers in Hawaii should know the warranty is basically useless. I am so disappointed and never buy anything from bestbuy

The best investment i have evermade is getting the scooter

It's very unsteady, the Stern will and the seat keeps coming untightened. The bike wabbles, it's very, very heavy. The salesman told me it's not heavy and it's public transportation friendly. I actually was about to email best. Buy to find out how I can return this item. What is your return policy
